I ate there for my first time last weekend. I had never been in there and it was quite a welcoming surprise. It is a really nice looking place. The food we ordered was absolutely delicious. Then you had the bartender and server who were as nice as they could ever be. It is designed with a live band theme with menu items to go along with it. I was definitely impressed.

I had high hopes for this one so it breaks my heart to have to share this experience. My eight months pregnant wife decided that she was in the mood for sushi today as I was on my way home from work. I purchased two VIP rolls and brought them home as soon as the container was opened Long black hair intertwined with other sushi and sticking out the side of one was discovered I called the restaurant informing them that I had picture proof in case I had to email someone and I wasn’t sure if I should speak to them or reach out to the company directly. The young lady on the phone assured me that everything will be taken care of and even offered a refund. After I insisted that she only had to refund half if anything, since it was only one order that was messed up she told me to give her a second as she had to speak to her manager but then never came back….im not mad about the refund. Im irritated at the lack of care

Visited the Bartlett location and had a great experience overall. The food was delicious — I ordered the Shrimp Solo with salad from the Hibachi Backstage Grill menu, and it was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. Really enjoyed every bite.
The service was exceptional — friendly, attentive, and quick. The ambience also deserves a shoutout; the rock-themed vibe makes the place fun and energetic without being overwhelming.
Portion size was okay for the price, not bad but could be a little more generous. One thing to note is that there are a few hidden costs for takeout, which was a bit of a downside and the main reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5.
Overall, great food, great service, and a cool atmosphere. Definitely worth visiting, especially for dine-in.

Ordered fried rice on Uber Eats. Never left a review before this. Wet rice, clearly frozen veggies added, zero flavor. Honestly some of the worst fried rice I’ve had in the city. I was tempted to come into the restaurant and try the sushi, but after this no way.

Me & my niece stopped in while visiting Memphis. The food was delicious, drinks superb, & atmosphere welcoming. Nakiyah took care of us and she was so sweet & friendly!

My daughter & I had lunch there today. My first time, but she has been there before. I LOVE the atmosphere – the decor, the gigantic TV playing cool music videos…even the women’s restroom was the coolest restroom I’ve ever been in! Our server, Nancy, was fantastic. Very welcoming & attentive. And the food was amazing! Beautifully presented & tasted just as good as it looked. My daughter had ramen & sushi, I had punk rock sushi, & we shared a jalapeno poppers appetizer. Can’t wait to eat there again!

We have been here before and enjoyed it but we went today because my child wanted the kids ramen. They were out of noodles all together. We ordered the jalapeño poppers and they were so disgusting. We couldn’t even eat them and my husband eats anything. When I went to put them in the container to take them home, he ridiculed me and said no one’s going to eat those. Why would you take them home? We got the fillet hibachi and the steak tasted rotten and not appropriate to serve people (we don’t go out often but me and my husband could not even eat more than 2 bites because it tasted so rancid).

Our first time eating here walked in and was seated immediately. All of the booth seats were ripped or torn, just from customer traffic, I’m assuming. Great selection on the menu with lots of variety. We ordered miso soup, filet mignon and shrimp hibachi, ginger salad, Cajun crawfish roll, and shrimp tempura roll, which were all really good. The crispy wonton were ok, not the best, but only because I’m not a fan of how they are fried. Not very busy, seemed to be one waiter and 2 or 3 kitchen staff, but service was very timely.

I definitely enjoy their food. I do wish they were able to keep the porch warmed so they had more room so socially distance. We had a table in the middle of the floor and people were walking by us the entire time – it was just impossible to not be concerned the whole meal.
However- our service was amazing. The food was really good. And we really like coming here on not so busy hours.

Most of the food was good. Good service. Not a fan of the Tommy Lee roll which was a bit nasty tasting. Everything else was delicious. The Heart roll is my favorite. I would have given 5 stars but we had to ask for napkins, plates, and utensils after our appetizer was delivered to the table. Also the bathrooms were a mess, no soap, one messed up toilet. The place wasn’t that crowded so it’s not that hard to periodically inspect.
