We absolutely love the Rock n Ravioli restaurant on the main floor of the Arcada theater! Ron Onesti and team have done a great job curating excellent Italian foods!! We were there for the Ocean’s Rat Pack show and the entire night and experience was awesome! Eric our server, was the most fantastic and attentive waiter we have ever had. Eric had such pride in telling the history of the Arcada theater. Our food and drinks came out quickly in spite of the fact that the entire place was sold out. Congratulations to the entire team at this restaurant and at the Arcada theater. We definitely will be back!

Buzz the bartender was outstanding!!!! Very friendly, personable and just wonderful! Rochelle was a sweetheart and very attentive! Both made for a wonderful and pleasant experience!!! Would highly recommend this place! Mr. Onesti really knows customer service! We’ve been to Des Plaines and St Charles and wonderful experiences in both locations!!!!

Reservation for 6pm, got out of there at 7:40. I should have left at the beginning. Ordered a Long Island, waitress brought the drinks to our table and told me the Long Island was $18.00. I told her to take it back. She tried to get a lower price approved but management didn’t accommodate. Asked about a wine menu, was told they didn’t have one available. Not sure what they offer because the waitress didn’t memorize what was available. Two waitress for that amount of people is just unfair. Waited 30 minutes for the check to be able to leave, way too long. First time there and will be the last. I have been to the Club upstairs many times and had great experiences. Food is good but overpriced, some drinks (Long Island,) ridiculously overpriced, heck it’s cheaper in Chicago. I also recommend a drink menu with prices and a wine menu so servers don’t have to memorize what’s available. Best part were the 2 waitress, they did a good job with no additional help. Funny because there were 3 other ladies at the hostess desk not doing much. Service gets 2 stars because there were only 2 stars to earn it.

Worst service I’ve ever gotten. It took 40 minutes to place our food order. Then the lady brings the kitchen check and not the whole check. Then when she brings back the credit card there’s a different amount. Took about 10 minutes to get it straightened out that the first check wasn’t suppose to be given to us. Then they said they overcharged us and would bring $4 in cash back to us so we wouldn’t have to wait for it to be put back on the card. Then they said not to leave a tip on the card because that would screw things up somehow with the refund. ♂️ We got there for our reservation at 5:25 and we’re seated immediately. We didn’t leave until 6:55pm since the concert started at 7pm. Turnover time for a table shouldn’t be more than 45 minutes. The food was very good but not worth the cost.
