Rocco’s is a Northern Virginia institution. It’s been at its location for as long as I can remember. Hubby and I have been going here for years, especially for the deep dish pizza. It’s absolutely our favorite! We’ve had their regular pizza, and although it’s good, it’s only just okay compared to their deep dish pizza. We also have enjoyed Rocco’s garlic bread, cheesy (garlic) bread, Cesar salad, cheese steak sandwich, and lasagna. The service is always good (and if you get Tito, it’ll be great) and the online take-out process is simple. One thing to note is that you can’t put in an advanced online order. All orders will be ready in 20-30 minutes. That’s the only thing I’d change about Rocco’s. That and it can be a little cold in the winter. Other than that, it’s perfect!

We had a delicious family dinner tonight! The pizza with the meat sauce was a hit! Fettuccine, steak sandwich and lasagna were all great. Salads were fresh. Food arrived in perfect time. Our service was excellent. Great value and lots of food to take home. We can’t wait to come again. Thank you Rocco’s!

Fantastic, understated old classic building but real fine Italian classic foods inside. Friendly, fresh, tasty. Feels homemade. Small inside, but good outdoor seating in fine weather. I’d even do takeout here. Pizza works, veal Parm works, pasta varieties. Can’t go wrong

The place will take you back in time as the restaurant has the old feel, I don’t think that it has been “updated”, that’s not a bad thing if you like that.

The chicken marsala was good too but it was bland.

Walked in and the place was about 30% full at 8pm on a Friday night
The food
Calamari: average, nothing stood out
Shrimp Ling: pretty good, large shrimp
Chicken Parm: average, I personally didn’t like that it was literally swimming in a watery tomatoe sauce
Spaghetti w/meat sauce: very good

Been here a few times and every time it’s great. The service is always amazing, but this most recent time they really went the extra mile. They were looking to close up a little early when we walked in an all but insisted we stay. Im pretty sure the owner took our orders and sent most everyone else home. Pizza and pasta were great and the canoli was the best I have ever had.

We absolutely love Rocco’s for take out or dining in! The eggplant Parmesan is my favorite, you can’t go wrong with wings, pizza or lasagna either. The ambience is so nice in there, more people should dine in! It’s unpretentious, friendly, high quality food and always a hit.

We visited Rocco’s Italian restaurant after our Sunday hike to try their pizza. We ordered the medium-sized Mamma Mia and Baggio pizza along with Meatball Spaghetti.
The service was impressive as the servers were young, respectful, and responsive. The food was served on time, and everything was well organized and clean. The mixed pizza and fries arrived first, followed by the meatball spaghetti. We loved the delicious taste and quality of the food, and the service was outstanding.
Rocco’s Italian restaurant has outdoor seating and ample parking space, making it a great location for gatherings and parties. We highly recommend this place, and we’ll surely return to try something else from their menu.

Small, friendly environment. Pasta was delicious though not al dente as advertised. Pizza was pretty good as well, but it was served after 35 min at a time when more than half the restaurant was empty.

It’s nice place with a great welcome. The service was ok, somehow I got a gluten free pizza that I did not order. The Large pizza was good enough for four people. Honestly, for the price I was expecting a better taste of the pizza, but I guess because I got the gluten free. The green bell pepper were not cooked completely.
