I’ve lived in this area for over 8 years now and Roboto’s remains one of my favorite places to go out for a casual meal with friends, or even just alone. The employees are without fail always friendly, I have never once had a customer service issue in all my 8 years of frequenting this restaurant. The food is tasty and excellent value for the money.
Side note: It being connected to Pong’s (also highly recommend) is such an excellent symbiotic relationship between food establishments. 99% of the time I’ll get something from both.

Roboto’s will always be my favorite meal to have after a long day of work, I love getting the hibachi chicken, with brown rice, and vegetables! Highly recommend!

Went inside to order a side of broccoli because I was en route opposed to ordering it online, but was rudely told this “wasn’t on the menu” by someone after the cashier attempted to ring me up. I also asked if I could purchase the veggie mix and if the zucchini could be removed. I was rudely cut off mid-sentence & she yelled back “NO”. The option for a side order of broccoli is clearly on the menu online, which wasn’t even explained as an option either. The unnecessary attitude behind it definitely felt racially biased. As a common customer, I was not pleased with this interaction with this rude lady. Extremely disappointed and considering no longer supporting this business.

Food was decent. Cheap price. They either missed calling my friends order or mumbled it very quietly. He waited until two other orders passed him up before having to come up to the counter and requesting it.

5 stars for great service, great food, and huge potions. My food always comes out quickly and I’m always served with a postive attitude which is more than most fast food places offer nowadays. Along with that their pricing is extremely competitive and they provide portions big enough to provide a leftover meal.

Ordered chicken hibachi, and found a bone in my chicken cuts. I was so grossed out, I couldn’t finish the meal. Ordered in, and the food has very little flavor. Seem to rely on teriyaki sauce for everything. Second time I’ve come here. And second time in disappointed, but worse cause I had to chew a bone.

If you want great Japanese style hibachi for a cheap price, this is your place. They had excellent food, and the yum yum sauce was amazing too. I got solicited for money at this location in the back parking lot, so I felt a little odd being there at first, but other than that everything was great!

I have been here quite a few times but the most recent time was yesterday. I don’t know if yall have new cooks or new recipes but the food was AMAZING. It was so good that I went back today and ordered the same thing. The establishment was clean and the workers were nice. I will be back.
