Excellent dinner! The Shrimp Scampi the shrimp was so fresh! The ravioli in vodka sauce ,Fray Diablo and seafood pescatori all great dishes to choose. And excellent service we had with Rocco. Thankyou for a great night indeed!

Hands down the worst dining experience of my entire life. My eight year old son is traumatized and hasn’t eaten since he was here. My son has fatal food allergies. I asked the manager, a woman who could not have been nastier and ruder, about cross contamination since my son cannot eat in contaminated kitchens, sadly, since his food allergy is so severe. This is a normal question that we ask everywhere and restaurants and chefs bend over backwards and are always brutally honest. This was an experience like none other. Not only did she refuse to answer my questions (in front of my son) she had the audacity to repeatedly ask me why it was her job to cure my child’s food allergy while being repeatedly rude, scary, aggressive and abrasive. This is unacceptable AND dangerous. My son cannot stop obsessing over this and I don’t blame him. He’s afraid to eat and keeps telling us he can’t trust restaurants. This is heart breaking. Our child already lives a life of anxiety and challenges due to this condition that is out of his control. He was just in the hospital last week for anaphylaxis and is underweight due to his fear of having reactions to food. Shame on this woman for making him feel worse than he already feels on a daily basis. We have traveled all over the world and this has NEVER occurred at any restaurant, food truck, hotel, etc. I am still in shock!!! My little boy just wanted a slice of pizza!! He did not deserve this!!

We ate here for dinner, food was just ok. the service was about average. As a business owner myself I always like to observe how other people of authority treat employees and customers. What I witnessed last night was horrible. A young man came in to pick up food, I guess he had a question about the order. There was an older woman behind the counter yelling at him each time he tried to speak. She yelled at him and said, “I’m the owner ZIP IT” I could not believe how rude this woman was to this young man, just trying to pick up his food order. When he left with his food the woman went in the back and was yelling at someone else. I don’t know maybe she got up on the wrong side of the bed. But.. There are lots of Italian restaurants in Boca. If she is the owner and treats people this way, she does not deserve my money… Maybe you should ZIP IT yourself! I don’t care how much money you have. Owner or not, that doesn’t give you the right to be rude!

Terrible disrespectful manager towards her workers and customers. Tonight December the twenty eight at around 6 pm was a terrible experience in Roboli ristorante Italiano on Clintmoore and jog , I have been living here for 35 years and have seen this restaurants change management a few times in fact I have never had an issue with anyone inside the restaurant before . . I was with my elderly mother and we sat down to eat. I asked the young waiter if there was chicken parm and he said no but I insisted he’d ask anyway just in case, while he was asking the manager Ms.Patricia , I over heard her being really nasty to the young waiter. She was rude to him and disrespectful to this young boy who was only doing his job but proceeded to belittled him like in a sarcastic mater her tone of voice the way she spoke to him everything about it was not right. I proceeded to ask for her to come to my table to tell her that I was the one who told him to ask her that it wasn’t his fault and she denied. My only regret was that I got up to match her energy ,. I told her how disrespectful and rude she was to him and that people and her workers should be treated with respect because to get respect you have to give respect ,. She kicked me and my mother out and we left. I will never go back it’s not the first time she acts like that with the people that work there. management seriously Needs to look into why is her behavior like that.

I love this particular location. I’ve been a loyal customer for many years, and will continue to be due to their consistent food quality and service. They’re a little pricey on some items, but their prices are pretty in line with this type of Italian American chain cuisine. I’ve tried many of their menu items. Pastas, wings, pizza, wraps, subs, salads… all very good. Tonight I had the Arancini Rice Ball, and the Arugula Goat Cheese Salad. Very pleased with both items.

Would not go back. Picked up a dinner, most of the mozzarella sticks were hollow (no cheese). Chicken Franchise had no flavor, just salty and texture like it was cooked 5 days ago and sitting in fridge.

Waitress was very nice and I appreciate her however the food is not very good at all. I came here maybe about a year ago and chicken tasted good, twice in a row now I’ve come here and I get soggy chicken picatta I’ve never seen chicken Piccata with soggy white chicken. I’m pretty sure the chicken is supposed to be coated in flour and browned. I got 2x so I paid almost $50 for two meals that were not worth that price at all.

We had a n appointment with our friends at Kee grill and they called me at the last minute that they were closed because of a gas leak I was able to contact two of the three people that were meeting at kee grill and they really wanted to go to Roboli Italian restaurant at 6pm they were empty so
We waited for the fourth person who went to the kee grill and then went home. I had a beer followed by a salad with blue cheese and since I was in the mood for a fish dish I ordered a salmon Hawaii style that was not available so I ordered chicken scarporella which came with chicken cutlets instead of chicken on the bone it was delicious and a large portion of my dinner partner ordered a veal dish which was both delicious and large unfortunately we were too full so ordered dessert
While not as good as Kee grill it was a good substitute. The waiter was very polite and very attentive. The waitress had the best meal and was always friendly. The food was very good and very pleasant and the price was a fraction of what we had been paying at key grill
I can tell you that we were very pleased to eat here while it’s not a 5 star restaurant it’s a very nice place to eat
