Local recommended here for breakfast, the food was very tasteful and large portions for a very fair price! Coffee was freshly brewed and we were able to get a cup to go! Our service was on point except we had a lot of food left over and our waitress just took the food and we informed her we’d like a box and she kind of laughed and went and got us one.. felt slightly judged..
P.s. I got the strawberry cheesecake stuffed sourdough French toast and ooooo mama was it a waterfall out of my mouth!

Delicious food, large portions. Their cajun potatoes were fantastic, and the plate sized pancakes were a crowd pleaser. I opted for a buffalo chicken omelet and it came with a choice of potatoes and bread or pancakes- tons of food for the price. We had about a 20-30 minute wait late morning, but once our food order was in it came out pretty quickly. Our server was nice and made sure our drinks stayed full. Would definitely return on our next visit to the area.

I hadn’t been here in a long time, but I am happy to report that the food is still outstanding. Everything we ordered — pancakes, French toast, hashbrowns, and the ham and wild rice omelette — was perfect.
With fewer and fewer places left near Hayward that do a high quality breakfast, the Robin’s Nest should definitely be on your list.

The food at this Cafe is so good it upsets me. Everytime my wife and I come here it is exceptional. It is very rare to find a restaurant with a large menu, where every item is executed well above average.
