Absolutely the best eggs benedict I’ve ever ordered out in my life. The poached eggs were perfectly circular, the flavor was incredible, and the bread was soft and fresh. The hash browns were perfectly crispy and cooked just right.
One of the coolest parts? They have a dog menu and dog-friendly patio! I ordered a plate of bacon and eggs for my dog, and she loved it. The atmosphere was absolutely perfect. We sat out back surrounded by trees and aspens, which made the whole experience even better.

The biscuits and gravy…. Amazing! The biscuits are thin, the sausage in the gravy is crumbled and perfectly cooked. The gravy is perfectly peppered!!!! They also have S’mores pancakes, Loaded breakfast fries…. And so much more! I will for sure be back!!!!! This is definitely a gem in Salida!!!!!

We stopped in Robin’s for brunch during a quick trip to Salida. The food was amazing we had the Santa Fe Benny, a half order of biscuits and gravy and the Yak loaf melt. All of the items were done very well and were just delicious. They close at 2 which is the only negative as I want those biscuits and gravy for midnight snacks for sure

My wife and I had a nice time at Robin’s in Salida. We tried their burgers, and they were pretty good! My burger had crispy bacon on it, and my wife’s had melted cheese—it hit the spot. The best part was sitting outside by the river. It was peaceful and had a nice view.
The people working there were friendly. They smiled a lot and made sure we had everything we needed. We liked that they cared about how we were doing.
Robin’s has a relaxed feel. We didn’t feel rushed. The outdoor seating was shaded and had big umbrellas to keep the sun off us. We watched the river flow by—it was calming.
The menu had different kinds of burgers to choose from, and they were all affordable. The place seemed clean, and they were following safety guidelines, which made us feel comfortable.
Overall, if you’re looking for a place to grab a burger and enjoy the outdoors, Robin’s is a good choice. The food was tasty, the service was friendly, and the riverside setting was just right.

Delicious and inexpensive. Wow, what a great find Breakfast came out quick and it was hot, fresh and tasty. The views on the back patio are gorgeous. There’s outdoor seating and a little path that you can walk down to sit by the river. Service was excellent. Our waters and coffee were refilled promptly. So I had the breakfast tacos with hash browns and a bottle of cholula. Our dog had a puppy burger and everyone else got sandwiches because it was around 1 PM. Everyone enjoyed their food, nice large proportions on everything and that location by the river is pretty fantastic. It was a pleasant experience all around and a great dog friendly location! If you’re around Salida with your dog, this is a very nice option!
