The Mrs. and I had dinner here last week and made up our mind that since it was such a good experience, it is now our go to taco shop on this side of town. All the meat used in our selections was cooked wonderfully. Seasoning, texture were perfect and tasty. The portions were huge . All the counter help were very friendly and took care of our orders very quickly..with no mistakes. I had the a Carne Asada Loaded Fries and the wife had a Lengua Burrito…which was a Beast in size. Both were delicious. With the pickled carrots mixed in and their Red Salsa our meals were perfect. We recommend highly.

This place consistently hits! We are constantly surprised at the incredible quality of the food. My husband has been following Roberto’s Taco shop since he lived in Phoenix Arizona and we are so glad that we’ve been able to experience a few here in Reno. Fish shop in particular is always clean, nice, and the food is wonderful! Below is from two of our recent visits. Where else can you get two meals for the price of one!

Best of the Roberto’s restaurants. New building, very clean with sleek design. We ordered a bacon breakfast burrito and rolled chicken tacos with guac and it was all cooked perfectly. Their rolled chicken tacos are fatter than the ones I’ve gotten at other stores . If you like Roberto’s you’ll love this store. A+

This location does NOT have drive-thru, which is fine considering the spacious, clean and comfortable dining area.
The location is easy to enter and exit from N. McCarran or Prater Way, with parking O’plenty as the wide-open lot is shared with a supermarket and other businesses.
The service here is fabulous (English & Espanol) and the portions are well worth the prices. Quality is the best of the locations for the area, and the restroom is clean and well stocked (key required).
I’ve been to Roberto’s from San Diego to Sacramento and I’d say this link in the chain is my favorite.

This place is amazing open 24 hours so anytime your in the mood for good food they are open they have carrots & fresh salsa. I got the carne Asada plate ️ & chicken tacos . I’m never disappointed coming here and the lady that always takes my order is so nice.

I have always only ordered carne asada and it was always good. This time however I decided to order chicken enchiladas and chicken burritos and they were absolutely horrible. The the chicken was extremely stringy like chewing on a rope and had absolutely no flavor the rice was flavorless and the beans were almost flavorless. Won’t be coming back for a long time if ever, it was so disappointing.

Usually the food is ok and hits the late night “I’m hungry vibe. Service is a mixed bag and I’ve witnessed employees not washing their hands between tasks on a regular basis. If you just handled the garbage, you shouldn’t touch food right away without at least a change of gloves and/or a hand wash. Eat here at your own risk!

Store was clean. Staff was friendly and busy. Not too many customers in the store, but they were getting a lot of phone orders for pickup. Wednesday taco special, crispy chicken taco’s. Chicken, lettuce and cheese. $1.25 each at this time 3/9/21. They didn’t skimp on the portion. Ordered 4 taco’s and three were plenty. I’m 6’2″ 250+. Taste was a little bland, but you can add sauce. I will be back to try other menu items.
