How is only 2 of these salsas enough for this big chimi? And honestly this is the only location that only gives 2 and won’t give more. I’m sorry but for $14 at least give me 3-4oz of salsa these little 1 ounce cups are ridiculous and you cannot tell me that getting more salsa will shut this place down. And i get it i like salsa but some people dont so it should even out. Go to other locations their better

So I had to come back to bring the tacos back. I ordered three roll tacos, beef with guacamole cashier didn’t want to give me her name nor management’s number and told me I had to come back in the morning to get a refund. The cook just stared at me hard tried to offend me because I complained about his cooking. I hope this is the last time ever. The cook will cook something like this for a customer and stare at them in guilt. I need to speak with the manager as soon as possible. Those workers have no customers service nor does the cook care about clients. The cash register lady had the nerve to tell me that my tacos look like that because I live far , I live across the street. I returned afraid to eat what was made in exchange because she said no refunds, but look at the difference in portions!

I’ve been to many Roberto’s throughout the valley and the food always slap and consistent.
The staff is always friendly and service is always quick. My favorite goto order is the carne asada fries, carne asada burrito & tacos. The pineapple soda also slaps.

HORRIBLE customer service . Last night i ordered food . I was the only customer it was not busy at all so i dont know how this lady messed my order up.I ordered a sausage burrito and I even asked her when she handed me the food was it a sausage burrito because it felt so small and light.She said yes it’s sausage.I get home take a few bites and there is ZERO meat in my burrito. It was 2 in the morning I was not leaving out of my bed and driving back so I called them this morning to tell them about the mistake and the guy that answered the phone HUNG UP on me mid sentence soon as I said there was no sausage in my burrito .He than left the phone off the hook than altogether ignored my calls. This is how you treat customers that patronize your business? Really?! What happened to the standard “I’m sorry, how can we make this right?” Business 101. I will NEVER eat at Roberto’s again.There are too many other 24 hour taco places. I spoke nicely on the phone and just wanted the $2 or $3 difference back or a remade burrito for the missing meat however because of being disregarded and disrespected I’ll be disputing the whole charge with my bank for their unseasoned bland,gray chewy “carne asada” and meatless burrito

Good is good, as any other Roberto’s. I just like coming in here because the service is amazing!
I always call ahead and place my order, never had any issues with the ladies, super nice and will take my order and then I just come to the Drive thru to pick it up and pay for it. 100% recommend

If you are a SENIOR looking for a senior discount this is not the place to go! The lady at the window said she did not have the authority to issue senior discounts! That I could come in the morning when the manager was there? Too bad because the burrito was great!

Excellent customer service. Food smells good and on my way to babe’s lunch hour they Accept tap pay, please tip these worker’s, they are hardworking and not at all bad at their job. Loved it. Will be coming back.
