I’m writing to report a very disturbing incident that occurred at your Burger King location on J. Clyde. I purchased food and discovered a hair in it, which is completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. This not only ruined my meal but also made me concerned about the cleanliness and food-handling standards at this restaurant.
I expect better from Burger King and would appreciate this being addressed immediately with the staff to ensure proper hygiene procedures are followed. I would also like a response regarding how this issue will be handled, along with appropriate compensation or a refund for my order.

Crystal was very helpful on the phone when ordering my large onion rings just now. She offered to add another Zesty sauce on my bag through Uber Eats when it’s very difficult to get anyone to put an extra one. The small things matter! Great customer service experience over the phone very cheerful and polite.

I only go there to pick up orders for DD/GH. I really can’t stand the atmosphere, how it seem like some random people and the workers here act like the person picking up an order is some low, poor person.
I do not need the rude workers and the patrons in there looking at me like fast food us a luxury, that I can’t afford. DD/GH is extra income outside of work. I prepare my food at home, or snack on bananas. Seriously, imagine the delusion of thinking fast food is a luxury. Also, I am following doctors orders to prevent heart failure. The whopper I ordered was great. But the service was ok. I waited for about ten minutes in the drive thru before I decided to just go in. To be fair their was a mix up with a customers order that was holding up the line. Once inside, it wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty, the windows, and the doors were dirty as well. I always look at the cleanliness of places as I’m a janitorial manager and can’t help but look around.

We tried to go to the Burger King on Rochambeau Drive, but only the drive thru was open. It was the middle of the day and we couldn’t go inside so it was very disappointing. We did end of grabbing something from the drive thru.

Simply stated … I was not impressed. I had an original chicken sandwich combo meal. The wait was longer than expected, the fries were cold and tasteless and the chicken sandwich was downright terrible. It had scraps of wilted lettuce and a smattering of mayo that did absolutely nothing for the overcooked, very thin oval of … was that actually chicken? I guess I should have tried the Whopper instead.
