Came here expecting it to be like every other Roberto’s. It basically was. I only ordered the Wednesday chicken tacos and a bean and cheese burrito. Not what I normally order but the chicken tacos shell was very hard. Kind of cut my mouth. The bean and cheese burrito cheese was not melted and I tried to wait but it did not melt. They did have a Christmas tree and decorations up

First time visiting in a long time, especially coming out from work on a 12-hour vet hospital. Closest one year. Work would be in Boulder and lake Mead. Definitely customer service is great. Food is super good. It’s the correct spot. Definitely worth a try, especially if you’re under the influence and get some grub.

Food was okay. Not what I remember from Roberto’s. My husband’s tortillas on his enchiladas were very tough. Rolled chicken tacos were bland. The rice and beans were really good, though.
Service was okay, nothing to brag about. The young lady was doing her job.

So, with this Roberto’s, it really has to do with when you go and who is manning the grill/flat top.
I’ve gotten really good food at times and then so-so food at other times. I usually get the same thing every time, chile relleno burrito with no rice. That usually means just beans(bc it’s a burrito, right?), cheese and the chile relleno. There have been times when they just added the rice anyway, left out the beans all together or left out the cheese. The menu states- chile relleno, beans, rice and cheddar cheese. So I’m guessing, because I don’t want rice, that they are punishing me somehow by taking something else away? Or ignoring me. There is also a problem with size at this Roberto’s. Sometimes my burrito is huge and then sometimes it’s only half the size. There is really no consistency. Same thing with my husband’s beef burrito and cheese enchilada. Size and contents can be hit or miss.
I’d say that the Roberto’s company should teach their workers at every franchise to be more consistent and also don’t be chincy with the ingredients just bc you’re mad that someone said, “No rice, please”.
Other than that, the food is good, when you get all of it. I love the condiments!

I have been to so many different Roberto’s here in town and this one on Boulder highway is always clean and the food is consistent.
Sometimes we will do the drive-through and that is great too. We have never had an order be wrong. The prices for all of this freshly made food are fabulous.
Weekly on Tuesdays or Wednesdays/Thursdays there are price specials. You just have to go and order some food off the menu and you will be highly Impressed…

In town for a convention, wanted a good breakfast burrito, really good, and my husband got the tacos, about 7″ tortillas used, good bang for the money and tasty. The cashier is great. She does a good job managing the front area

I’ve only been there two times, both times purchases have been over $40, which I’m ok with paying the price of the convenience to not go home and have to cook if I was late off from work. But both times they have not gotten my order right. I ordered asada fries 2 with all toppings and 1 without pico de gallo, guac and sour cream. Both times they have omitted my request and I’ve still had to come home and cook. On today’s visit they only had one asada fries correct, the other two had all toppings on one and the other one had all the toppings I didn’t want but absolutely NO MEAT in the ASADA fries.. So I called this second time and I was told that the only way that they can redo or refund is by going back and taking the incorrect food.. so because of their mistake I would have to go through the hassle of taking 20 minutes to get there , 10 min wait for them to cook, and another 20 mins to go back instead of being able to come home and enjoy dinner with my kids. I paid for convenience that I didn’t get and they can’t take my name and make it right on a next visit.

Was very dissapointed when I ordered the Monday Special for Carne Asada Fries for $8.80 instead of the normal ~$14.50. Except this wasn’t the normal size, it was half size, maybe smaller. So its not a deal at all. I paid 60% of the price to get 50% of the food. Nowhere does it says its a smaller size. They don’t sell a smaller size. Misleading advertisement and a ripoff

We supposedly have bougt a carne colorado burrito, but instead they sold us a burrito staffed with rice with no meat is this inflation? Why pretend to sell a carne burrito without the main protein? Overall the price was around $13 and was only rice

I have eaten at almost every Robertos in Vegas/ Henderson over the years and I have to say this was the best one I have had. My girlfriend got a chicken taco salad with grilled chicken and I just got a couple beef tacos. Her taco salad was actually the best taco salad I’ve ever had. The shell was cooked perfectly and the perfect amount of everything else. Usually the shell gets soggy on the bottom with the grilled chicken but here it was crunchy. My tacos were perfect. The shells were crispy without being too hard and the meat was juicy too and not burnt. The lobby was clean and so was the restroom
