A big shout to the bakery for making the perfect birthday cake. I had carrot cake with cream cheese frosting. Very moist and tasty, homemade feeling. Very good on decorating the cake exactly the way I wanted it. Definitely will seek future cakes. Thanks again!

My mother ordered two dozen paczki and picked them up today. When ordering, she specifically asked for no prune due to an allergy. The first one she bit into was prune. She called the bakery to let you guys know since allergies can be severe and this is something that needs to be watched with care in the food industry. The woman that answered the phone at 3pm was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered. When my mom explained the issue, the woman stated “Okay well we’re out of paczki so what do you want me to do about it?” My mom told her she was just calling to let them know that you need to be careful around allergies. The woman on the other end said “Well there’s nothing I can do about it now.” There was no apology or concern in her voice. I’m actually appalled at the way it was handled.
This behavior towards paying customers is unacceptable. We’ve been coming there for over twenty years. This isn’t the first time your employees have had attitudes toward their customers. I really hope you do better in the future. I’d hate to see a company go out of business due to stale customer service. I hope you’re able to make this right in some manner.

Roberto’s is a great place. I love going in here and getting fresh pastries donuts ,and not too bad spicy pepperoni rolls. I absolutely love Roberto’s Bakery. They made my sons 1st birthday cake as well as my sisters 21st birthday cake . They both came out perfect. They are also very reasonably priced . I recommend them to everyone!!! I used to work right next door to them and would always stop in and grab something for lunch . Their pepperoni rolls are chefs kiss . Definitely worth trying out for all your bakery needs!

Went in today to get pizza dough because my usual place was sold out. Worker was super helpful and gave me extra in case I screw up (which I probably will). We mentioned our niece was in town, and she gave us a cupcake for her. I’ll definitely come back!

It has been almost 30 years since we visited Roberto’s Bakery. We recently ordered a hamburger cake for our 6 year old grandson, like the ones we used to get his mom 30 years ago. That was the freshest, most delicious cake any of the 9 of us has had. Not only was it fun BUT everyone said they want their future cakes from Roberto’s. We arrived in the middle of the afternoon and the cases still had lots of yummy looking traditional baked goods. This is an old fashioned neighborhood bakery with honest to goodness good stuff. I’m getting a cinnamon roll next time I go in.

I just learned about this place last night coming back from a bike ride in Toledo. Our buddy Paul had stopped earlier in the day and gave me and my friend Chuck a pepperoni roll to eat on the way back to Detroit. It was the best damn pepperoni roll I’ve ever had in my life, so after I took care of some early morning stuff I headed right on over with my dog Ajax and we bought nine of these things to share with the family. But what surprised me even more was all of the baked goodies, how incredibly clean it was, how magnificent it smelled along with the funny kindness of the ladies behind the counter. I don’t care where you live take to drive it’s worth it.
