I had a very good experience at this Robeks. Arianna was working at the time of my visit and she provided awesome customer service. Taking the time out to explain the menu and food quality of the restaurant. I love that it is vegan/vegetarian friendly. The restaurant, dining area, and bathroom were one of the cleanest I’ve ever seen. I will return each time. I’m out in the area.

Only complaint I have is the small sauce containers they put their ginger shots in. Its not the best choice for any liquid. When opened it spills everywhere. I don’t understand why wouldn’t they have it in a small cup easy to drink out of. I can’t imagine this is how all Robeks serve their ginger shots.

This location I have never been there less than 10 minutes for an order. No sense of urgency. They need the workers from the Westside, extremely efficient. Can’t do warrensville again.

This review is only for the new avocado toast on the menu. The displayed ad shows a large portion, and abundant avocado. It is questionable whether the cost of $6.99 is appropriate based off the ad. However, I felt it was worth a try.
I was sadly disappointed. Since a picture is worth a thousand words, just view my attached photo. The portion is ridiculously small. Probably as big as a standard slice of Italian bread. The bread was dry. And the avocado portion was minuscule for the price. This should have been priced at $3.99. And that’s being generous.
This in no way reflects on everything else on the menu, as I go there often and haven’t been disappointed otherwise. Just this new toast menu is a joke.
Don’t buy it. I’m telling you, it ain’t worth it.

Usually have a good experience and drinks are good. This particular time not the best. The girl who took my order was nice and possibly new so my drink was nasty I was offered to switch drink or refund so I just bought another drink instead the guy who came from the back with green eyes possibly the manager was rude..

Employees clearly don’t want to be there. Was the only person in the store s d was completely ignored. Then I ordered a kool ada no banana and they put bananas in it anyway.Im allergic and luckily I had benedril in the car with me.

This store needs a huge change if they ever want to thrive again, and I’m being serious. I remember coming here when I was on leave while I was on active duty. Everything was fantastic.
Now that I’m back home and out the military, it all went downhill, and it’s because of the employees. There’s no sense of work ethic in there. Everything is unorganized. The workers are rude.
I waited for the longest in line for my drink, just waiting. Until I asked for it, and she reached and got it out the bin. Good lord. Didn’t even tell me it was done.
How hard is it to make a smoothie? I’m not mad or anything. Just disappointed that this establishment isn’t what it used to be.

Hi I just went into Harvard Robeks, I had an employee who was there very rude a young lady with a wig on but her Afro wig so big no net nothing it just didn’t make sense. But upon coming in she took my order this was about 910 am I even left work to go grab a smoothie because I’ll was fasting for surgery I couldn’t eat solids. So upon arriving she took my order I had a Robeks coupon if 2$ they give u two coupons upon signing up to the club and I did. I was using my second one at this time . I also seen this same young lady a day before she did have a bad attitude as well then. But this time was different. She was very upset she was huffing and puffing while taking my order. I got my smoothie. But the smoothie was so good yall I went again after work. This time I had a Groupon because I knew I had to buy these smoothies because I was actually hungry. I went in after work and I guess the young lady was tired of seeing me at this point I knew I didn’t want her to take my order but she proceeded. She had Avery bad attitude because already bit my Groupon made her even more mad I don’t know what to do with that coupon she stated is ask if someone did because I wanted to use it it was 20 dollars worth of smoothies for 8$ so I did purchase this to save money. She begin to go to the side and talk to another coworker almost antagonizing me over a coupon she didn’t know how to use. A young man came over he wasn’t happy either that u wanted to use my coupon I’m not sure if it was because they didn’t know how to apply it or wat it was because I’ve never had an altercation or interaction really but from just the girl with the big wig on!!!! So he calls his supervisor. They proceeded to say they don’t accept Groupon at this particular Robeks it was franchised. I then asked for a manager number because I wanted him to know my experience, mind you they made my smoothie 10 mins early and stated that it was already made when I was trying to make the order but the order never got made immediately. Because of the Groupon situation. A black boy then begin to make another one because I explained they made that first smoothie almost 10 mins ago. While trying to figure out the Groupon I just wanted my smoothie to be a smoothie consistency. He begin to make another smoothie the smoothie was so runny. I had had so many complaints at this time or problems I’ve ran into I just kept the smoothie . I thought I had realif when about 25 mins later I got a phone call. We know if anyone had bought a smoothie from there it stays thick like sherbet for about 30 mins even if u don’t touch it. When the so called owner called to no avail he was even rude. Never even offered me a smoothie to replace the 12 dollar smoothie I purchased. Never even offered to remake it or anyone of that. He proceeds to say I’ll just refund it. I never got a refund or anything. It was the worst experience to have there coworkers sitting behind the counter looking and talking about you. I’m always very hungry and then to have a even worst owner was bad. He called me I thought he was lying about being the owner that’s how bad the customer service was. I will never go back too many teenagers and not a very open environment to enjoy.
