I order from here all the time but today has ended my trust in them I came in and ordered a small with ground beef pepperoni and onions which is what I always order but this time they gave me green peppers I didn’t ask for the girl repeated my order twice then when I called I was I was told to bring it back and that they couldn’t do anything hi, told them that I was not going to drive all the way back down there. I’m at home. They proceeded to tell me what there’s nothing we can do unless you bring it back. I said you can at least take a dollar or two off for the next time that I order because I order all the time, she told me I got no control over there so I’m being penalized for a mistake that you made. I will never go there again.

This restaurant is INCREDIBLE not only is their food some of the best I’ve had in terms of pizza wings and subs, but their service and kindness and willingness to serve is A1. Not a Cleveland local. Desperate for dinner. These folks delivered to us at almost 1am on a Sunday. And their food just took it to a whole other level . Biggest fattest juiciest wingyest wings, never seen my kids face light up over chicken before. Next time I’m in Cleveland this is my go to! You will NOT be disappointed. Best steak sub I’ve ever eaten. Garlic Parm wings pictured.

Absolute best pizza in the area! open late night/ early morning .delivers just about anywhere .only problem is they don’t open till 5:00 pm. the meatball subs pizzas salads dinners all are phenomenal!! not a bad item on the menu ! yummy

I came to Broadway Pizza to get food for me and my wife. My wife don’t eat pork. They put pork on my pizza when I especially asked them for a sheet pizza which is the which they call it a party Tre and I told them I want an extra cheese, chicken mushrooms and a butter crust and they did what they wanted to do put more food on it than what I asked for then I called them and asked them well. Can y’all remake the pizza they say oh no we can’t but we can go ahead and add mushrooms to it. What do you mean you can’t remake it the customer is always correct right so at the end of the day they will not get no more of my business.

I visited this restaurant to get mango habanero and Buffalo wings. Upon entry, the lady displayed rudeness and a poor attitude. I requested clarification on her statement, as it sounded like she mentioned a 50-minute wait, but then stated 15 minutes she has a distinct Italian accent. She responded by saying, ‘You don’t like my accent.’ I assured her I loved it. She then remarked, ‘Oh, cause I ain’t Mexican.’ She added, ‘I’m legal.’ I will NEVER return to this establishment due to her extremely prejudiced behavior I will never fund hate of any kind … Despite completing the transaction, I immediately re-entered to request a refund, I felt extremely uncomfortable supporting a business that disrespects black and brown individuals. The lady who processed my refund was exceptionally pleasant and kind. She inquired if the initial lady was rude and unprofessional, and I confirmed, explaining it was not a personal issue, but rather my refusal to support someone who does not respect me because despite the comment she was just being provoking. Fyi this incident happened at a family-owned restaurant. They My family also walked right back in to get a refund.
