The food here is absolutely delicious… so fresh, tender chicken, VERY flavorful and delicious sauces and spices. We started with the garlic naan which came with 3 dipping sauces. The naan was soft with crispy edges and perfectly garlicky. The sauces were each so different and unique. Couldn’t tell which one I loved more. I ordered the butter chicken for my main meal and my husband got the old munk drunk chicken as well as tacos. The flavors were perfect. The chicken was very tender and moist. We will absolutely come back here.

All of the food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress, Megan, was very welcoming. The manager took time to help us pick some amazing dishes. Our favorite item was the Gunpowder Dosa! The coconut vegetable kurma was also excellent.

This place is delicious! We have been here on multiple occasions and the service and food have always exceeded expectations! Highly recommend trying it out. They have a lunch menu that allows you to sample all their yummy foods! I would try that if you want a taste of it all The owner Sinu is very compassionate and caring! I’ve been there multiple times now and have also ordered takeout, and the quality has been consistently excellent every time. The portions are generous, the food is always fresh, and everything tastes authentic and satisfying. If you’re a fan of Indian cuisine—or even if you’re trying it for the first time—I highly recommend giving this place a try. You won’t be disappointed.

We were at Roaring restaurant to celebrate a friend’s surprise milestone birthday. Restaurant staff was so helpful in booking and coordinating the event. Food was awesome, although I had only the vegan items. Special thanks to Chef Ajay and his family for taking individualized care. On a follow up, I also learned that this is a small business that is run with high operational and financial standards. Keep up everything, Roaring!

This place should get a 5.5/5.0 stars. So good. Presentation is beautiful. The butter chicken was cooked perfectly – so tender. We started with Beet Cutlets and Beef rolls. Unreal. No time to get a pic before they were devoured.
The spices are very well balanced. This is very good Indian food. I really do hope they are wildly successful here in MV. I’ll be back again and again.

Love this place! We order take-out mostly, but it is nice to have a restaurant with atmosphere to go to in MV. Their food is so good and authentic. I used to travel to India on business and food from Roaring Indian tastes like I’m in India. Their Naan is superb! We try to eat here 1/week when we are in town.

We were very jet lagged after a long trip, and decided to try this place out. Wow! I do feel terrible that I was slightly disheveled and with my two loopy kids, but oh my goodness! The owner was so kind and generous! Spoke with me for a while about our travels and a little of his life history – very pleasant and welcome conversation! The food was absolutely delicious! What really sets this place apart is the owner. He knew me by name by my second visit and still greets me as Nicholas every single time I walk in. That level of personal care is rare these days. He’s also brought out food for us to try before our order even comes out, just out of kindness and pride in what they serve.
This is the kind of locally owned business you want to support — incredible food, genuine hospitality, and people who truly care about their customers. I truly hope Roaring Indian stays open, because it would be a huge loss to the community if it didn’t.
