What a lucky find! If you long for classic diner food then you’ll hit Jackpot. This place has large portions and a attention to homemade style. Servers are great, atmosphere is cozy and I can tell cleanliness is a must. Menu is large so multiple trips is required, but worth it.

We went to Roane Street Grill in Harriman, TN a few weeks ago in Harriman, TN. I have never been there before but my Girlfriend and her kids have. At first I was concerned it they could meet my Dietary needs or not, but I went to find out for myself. My Dietary needs were fulfilled. I am on a high protein diet and the dishes on the Buffet worked well towards filling my dietary needs. I did have a variety of things that included Steak, Pork Chops, Chicken, Green Beans, Baked Apples, a salad from the Salad Bar, Sweet Corn, and my favorite Dessert which is Peach Cobbler and fresh fruit. The atmosphere was amazing family style restaurant, it was quiet and friendly, the Server Staff was pleasant and refreshing, their building is wheelchair accessible. We even sat next to the owner’s table. We talked with the Owner, He was polite and friendly. The prices were not bad at all. We enjoyed ourselves very much, thank you.

Nice local place to eat. Had the Reuben with fries, not a lot of meat on it, but it was still good. The open faced roast beef, with corn nuggets and turnip greens. It was good as well. Typical home cooked meal taste, nothing amazing. We will come back and try more. It had lots of dessert options, but didn’t have time to try any.

This place is great. Found it while traveling. Waitress was the best one I have ever had. Super friendly and never saw the bottom of my coffee cup. I would come back just for the service, but the food was good too.

OMG, we just happened to glance at this little Gem in Harriman, and we’re glad we decided to stop. The food in this Grill place is awesome. The staff is friendly and very attentive, we will definitely be back.

This is a must try! Only 5 minutes off the Harriman exit! Catfish, roast beef, etc. is incredible! We traditionally skip desserts, but couldn’t here! Peanut Butter Pie is a must have!

Excellent food and a wide variety of good home cooking. Everything was fresh and properly prepared in a timely manner. The desserts were phenomenal. From the outside it might not look like a place you would want to go to but it is well worth it. Reasonable prices and friendly service.

I’ve been here several times and TBH the only thing I’ve found tasty is the all you can eat wings and catfish on Saturday and the fried Grouper is decent. Just not a big fan of this place and really don’t know why it’s rated so high.
