I genuinely don’t understand how this McDonald’s manages to be out of Diet Coke every single time. Not once. Not occasionally. Every. Single. Time. It’s a McDonald’s. How do you not have soda?? Especially Diet Coke??
And on top of that, the attitude is crazy.
If the machine is down, just say that. If you’re out, restock it. But acting rude AND not having basic drinks? And to add on top of this, I waited 10 minutes for someone to even take my order.

They hardly ever get your order right. They have gotten our order wrong the past 5 times I’ve been. One time, they told me to pull and they’d bring it to me. They never brought it and when I went inside to see what was up, it took 15minutes to even be addressed.
A few days ago, I ordered 5 plain double cheeseburgers. They literally didn’t even put meat on one of the burgers. Bread and cheese.
Entire lobby smells like literal crap and you gotta feel bad for the workers, it feels like they have no ac in the building.
Very rude workers. Except the lady with the pink blush. She’s always exceptionally sweet.

By far one of the worst McDonalds ever. Place is so unorganized, and they dont open front Doors like they are supposed to. Drive thru also doesn’t pay attention to what u order.

This McDonald’s is really nasty. We saw a roach crawling on the floor. There were dirty floors. Dirty tables. The meal I got took almost 30 minutes to come out. This place is terrible. Food was cold. This needs to be closed immediately or reported.

This has to be one of the worst locations. 9/10 times they do not give you the sauce you asked for that comes with your order. They also do not follow easy instructions on a kid’s meal. I asked for it to be a plain cheeseburger and it came fully dressed. You find all this out after you’ve been asked to pull to the side and wait for an order that will be wrong. I knew better because they’ve done this many times, but I was being a big back and wanted to give them another try. I will never come back to this location.

Got breakfast in the drive thru. They forgot my 2nd drink, was gonna let it slide since they didnt charge me for it, but they knew I ordered it cause I had 2 straws in my bag. My sausage egg mcmuffin didnt have the sausage on it. Was still going to eat it cause my man gave me his sausage from his sausage biscuit, but then I take a bite and it tastes spoiled. Was once one of the only places I ate at in plaquemine cause how do you mess up McDonald’s right? It’s the same at every one! Not anymore.

I came through the drive through on my lunch break and ordered a Big Mac meal and my burger was burned and sloppy. I’m not coming back to this particular McDonald’s again. This isn’t the first time I’ve had food look like this.
