Ain’t no way there is no legitimate way to contact the store to right a wrong Uber Eats Order! I ordered a Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich (Medium), fries, two Rooster Sauces and a Large Iced Tea/Lemonade Mix but what was left at my door is a Honey Butter Chicken Sandwich and an Oreo Milkshake! This is not my order! The UberEats Driver didn’t call to confirm the order or call before arriving at my door! Ain’t no way! $33 for my order just to not get what I ordered and not be able to contact the store to get my correct order delivered free of charge! Come on man! Ain’t no way! The pics are not what I ordered! They are what was delivered!

Absolutely the best chicken sandwich I’ve ever had. I have been eating at Roaming Rooster at their other locations for the past few years, this was my first time at this location and it is by far our favorite. We came in New Year’s Eve with a party of 8 around 1 PM. We were able to order and find seats immediately. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The woman running the front was very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The facility was very clean and well put together. The only issue we had was that there was no soap in the bathroom. I highly recommend and will return.

I ordered food through Uber Eats and Roaming Rooster basically gave me anything they wanted… And then the phone number on Google is just an automated voicemail number. I ordered a Bacon, egg, cheese, biscuit with no cheese. They gave me one strip of bacon broken into three pieces… I also ordered a Chicken biscuit add bacon and they did the same with the bacon, and put American cheese instead of Cheddar cheese that’s listed on the ingredients on the sandwich. Never again!!
Just an update, I have them a shot again and my sandwich looks as though I asked for light chicken! Eat here at your own risk! The cost of the sandwich isn’t worth what they’re giving you. I ordered a medium heat honey butter sandwich on a potato bun with no cheese and this is what I got! New picture added!

First time visiting Roaming Rooster. The food was excellent, customer service was great, and surprisingly, they were playing old school hip-hop (The Bridge Is Over by BDP). The fries were boardwalk style. The additional sauces were a pleasant surprise. I ordered the honey butter with medium heat with oreo milkshake and the buffalo mild with half-and-half. The ice machine was broken, but the owner or manager mentioned going next door to accommodate us. Needless to say, we’ll be back to try other selections.

The chicken sandwich was amazing! The chicken was super juicy and tender with a perfectly crispy coating. Every bite was full of flavor, and it wasn’t dry at all. The bun was soft and fresh, and the toppings balanced everything out perfectly. Hands down one of the best chicken sandwiches I’ve had — I’d definitely recommend it!

So my uber eats order was stolen so I come to the store to see if they can assist me and both managers aren’t black one is Hispanic and the other middle eastern they refuse to help me all they could say was call uber so I had to pay for me and my kids food twice which was so messed up these managers don’t belong in this community they belong uptown somewhere. This is my first and last time at this location I’m not gone count the business out as a whole because I know if my people was here I would’ve been assisted the way I know I should’ve never again

10/10 recommend!!! First time coming here, the ambiance was nice and so was the cashier. THE FOOD IS SO GOOD. Although the wait is a bit long it’s worth it. The fries are definitely a good deal-$3.99 for largeeeee fries. I love how their meat is halal and the difference flavors are intriguing.
