We ordered takeout from Roadhouse Express, and it was an amazing experience! The chicken was tender, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The food arrived hot and well-prepared, making us enjoy it as if we were dining in the restaurant. Definitely a great experience, and we’ll be ordering again for sure!

The food is delicious. Burgers are my favourite there. The thing about this place is that you can taste the difference with the sauces, type of meat/chicken and the quality of prepping the burger itself. I recommend trying it when looking for a fast-food place in Damascus.

We have placd an order for our iftar meal and we timed it 10 minutes before the prayer…however, the meals were cold and the bread was very soggy and crumbley suggesting that the meals were prepared long time before we arrived to pick up our order…. the cost is on the higher side compared to other countries …I know that this is not the original Texas roadhouse, but if you are charging similar to the prices in Saudi arabia, Kuwait, and UAE…then I would expect the same type of food and service!
The place also didnot have Mozarella cheese for on of the sandwiches…therefore they told me they are going to replace it with regular sliced cheese…to be surprized that they charged me extra 14,000 SYP per sandwich to compensate for a mistake they are responsible for!! What a sorry execuse for such a restuarant!
