This place is a bit of a surprise. Generic name, not much to look at, and in an odd location – but it has a small but pleasing selection of middle eastern food (something different from the rest of the lunch joints in this area). The shawarma (lamb or chicken) makes an excellent lunch, and the lamb over rice platter is great if you’re a little more hungry. They also have contemporary American food – burgers, wings, etc. I’ve personally not tried them, but a friend of mine reports their gyros are tasty. The price is very reasonable for the fill-up you get, around six or seven bucks for a large sandwich and a can of soda.
