My boyfriend went through the drove through and ordered a whopper meal and a kids meal. When he arrived home he unwrapped his burger and it clearly looked like someone took a bite from it. He drove back to the Burger King location and they denied it. Said It might have got caught on something. Which still, if that was the case why sell me that? They only wanted to refund for the burger but my boyfriend insisted he didn’t want the meal and wanted a full refund. They lacked accountability and sympathy for their mistake.

Burger King in general has fallen off in quality, but this location really pushes the boundaries of “acceptable.” I’ve had more flavorful food from a hospital cafeteria. The assembly and effort is rock bottom. Would be a waste of money at 1/2 the price. Never again.

I recently had a regrettable dining experience at Burger King. As a loyal customer, I expected better, but unfortunately, my visit left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. I feel compelled to share my experience with others, hoping that the management will take notice and address these concerning issues.
Upon receiving my order, I was eagerly anticipating enjoying my favorite dish, but to my dismay, I discovered that the fries were moldy! The sight of mold on my food was both nauseating and alarming. It’s unacceptable for a restaurant to serve such subpar quality food to its customers. I immediately threw them in the trash.
However, the disappointment didn’t end there. As I settled down to eat, I realized that some of the food items I had ordered were missing entirely. It was incredibly frustrating to pay for a full meal and receive an incomplete and unsatisfactory order instead.
The lack of attention to food quality and missing items made me question the overall hygiene and management standards at burger king. As a customer, I expect my order experience to be enjoyable, safe, and free from any health hazards.
In conclusion, my recent visit to Burger King left me highly dissatisfied due to the moldy fries and missing food items. I sincerely hope that the management will address these concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience for all customers in the future.

I haven’t been to a Burger King in some time so when I spotted this one here on Peabody road I whipped in on in. I had Colonel Tassorback from the airbase with me, we were going out to the Puckinsticker Ranch to pick up a box of Cooberleebers and a Wankel Driver for Tassorback’s son’s 4-H project, and a cheeseburger sounded like a good idea. It was.

Stopped to grab a quick bite before we hit the road it was not even worth going thru the drive thru it was just as fast to walk in and order this us to be one of the better Burger kings around but now I hope my kids don’t want it anymore such a hassle. But the young lady taking our order was doing he best. It looked like they were short handed.

For a Burger King this is probably the best one in Solano County. Their tea tastes fresh, which is the best sign for a quality restaurant. All the other Burger King teas in the area tastes like tapwater or watered down tea. The customer service is good too and they will ask you how you’re doing, very pleased with this place.
