Awesome food & service!!
We read some other reviews, good & bad, so we decided to take a chance & stopped in for brunch (about 10 am.) It was awesome! Stephanie, our server was upbeat, sweet & had a great sense of humor. The food was great! And the food came out quick. We both had Meat Eaters Omelet, but done as a skillet, which is an option with their omelets. Delish!!! Eggs on top were cooked perfectly as ordered. I highly recommend stopping by if you are in Beloit.

One of the worst diner experiences I’ve had. The space is nice but that didn’t save it from me having an awful time here. The service was very lacking; my sever was rude and uncaring. She placed my plates at the table with zero care and pushed a flier into my food. Was never checked on and had to call her over in order to get what I needed. Way too busy speaking to her coworkers and other customers. Didn’t even take away my dirty plates the whole time I was there. I felt uncomfortable throughout the experience and felt the need to leave( I almost walked out in frustration). And now there’s the food.. subpar at best. The coffee was burnt and watery to start. No jalapeño curds so regular curds were substituted but never mentioned it comes with ranch. Cheese curds were fine. The waffles were bland and didn’t come with syrup (I had to call her over to get some).
The only good thing was the fried steak with gravy n eggs, but the eggs were a bit raw but okay. That alone isn’t enough for me to come back nor should this be a recommendation but only to stay away from here.

We’re from out of state and decided to stop by Road Dawg Family Restaurant, and it was one of the best choices we made on our trip. Stephanie was an incredible waiter—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. She stayed on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent, but the service really set this place apart. Whenever we’re back this way, this will definitely be a must-stop for us, and we’ll be asking for Stephanie again.

We were looking for a resturant that had the triple club is what we called them. Their clubs are the best your choice of bread lightly toasted with shaved ham, thick sliced turkey and bacon with lettuse, tomato and mayo and the onion rings are to die for. The folks were super nice and it took a little while but the food was worth it.

Plus the coffee was piping hot and it didnt taste like coffee flavored water that us truckers get at the truck stops.

The atmosphere is ok, the food was not good at all. The service was worse than the food…. although everyone was polite, they forgot the coffee and 3 missing items off the food that was ordered… they did apologize. The bun on my daughter’s burger was burnt. Not brown burnt but black. My soup that was 1 of the forgotten items, was old and cold and delivered after the majority of the food was served. Can’t say that I would return.

Our food was good. I had baked French onion soup & my friend had vegetables soup. Both were very good. We also had the meatloaf special. That was pretty good too. I notice that the people around us had the chicken dinner. They seemed to like it. Our waitress was training with another shadowing her. They were both great! Thank you for an enjoyable dinner.

Stopped here with the family on our last road trip. The service was amazing! Our waitress was super cool and nice. The food was good and they serve a variety of things between breakfast and dinner. Try the bacon potato soup it was delicious!!
