This place is quaint with various sit down tables. Latin music is always playing. Chef/owner is super friendly and will cater specialty dishes to your liking. Never a place to come to when rushing. This is AUTHENTIC dishes. REAL FOOD with great spices so it takes time to prepare but worth the wait. Hostess is super nice and the vibe is very laid back. I will be coming here on a regular. Large portions for great affordable prices.

Food served cold and old at the lunch time hour. Ordered beef nachos and steak burrito. But received the same meat on both. For the time I was there (45 mins or so) only one other set of customers came through and they were town workers. Mind you this should have been a lunch rush. The beef nacho meat was cold and the chips were stale and oily. But the same meat on my burrito (which should have been steak) was hot. Technically worse than taco bell. At least with taco bell the price and quality at least gives you hot food. Can’t go back and won’t recommend.

I want to thank RJ for catering two trays of empanadas for our party last weekend. I should have ordered two more trays, they disappeared quickly!!! Best damn Puerto Rican food around! I can’t express enough how good the flavor is, how fresh everything is and the portion sizes are descent along with descent prices! The ONLY Spanish food spot we’ll go to from now on!

This is my absolute favorite place to eat in all of Mastic-Shirley. Recommend the Tex-Mex burger! Friendly staff and very clean restaurant.
