Cholula’s best kept secret! Authentic Indian cuisine done with a fusion flair. The chef is Indian who creates spectacular seasonal dishes and a secret vegan/vegetarian menu that is to die for.

I’ve eaten Indian food at 10 different places in the US. This place beats all of them. Never tasted anything like this. Absolutely one of the best food places in Cholula if not all of Puebla.

We really enjoyed Riyaasat! There were four of us and we each found different dishes to enjoy. I had the Pork Shank Risotto, the meat was cooked perfectly, the meat falling off the bone, and the sauce was amazing!
I was surprised at the time it took from when I ordered to when I had the dish in front of me, I would have thought the way it was cooked and the presentation would require much more time, but I had it shortly after I ordered. And all our dishes came to the table at about the same time.
Pricewise it is very much what one would pay at a similar restaurant in the area. Definitely worth it!
