The place is quiet, serves tasty food at good prices, and the staff have been nothing short of respectful. They can get busy sometimes, but it’s a lovely place to drink in the atmosphere while you wait.
There is a gluten-free option for bread, which is wonderful to see, and should be highly encouraged.
I feel respected and relaxed here, and that’s the best you can say of a diner.

I am happy to have finally gone here. It was busy for a Saturday morning. The staff here were very friendly and professional and our food was delicious. We were able to find convenient parking right up front. I was able to enjoy the Eggs Irish and my girlfriend got an eggs Florentine which were delicious. There was something about their coffee which I couldn’t get enough of. I am looking forward to going back again soon!

My mom told me that they’ll be closing and it’s truly sad. My youngest brother worked there and loved this place. Food is great, staff was always friendly every time I have been there. This is last restaurant my youngest brother Junior took our mother out to eat before he passed away. So my mother’s heart is a heart broken as that place is her last memory of her youngest out of 6 she had of him. Can’t believe they’re closing, it’s always hard to get in there. We’ll definitely be coming in for one last good breakfast there. So please save a table for the Medeiros Family. Truly sorry and heart breaking that you’re closing. Thank you for being so good to my brother Junior and thank you for the memories my family had there. Oh and for the great food

September 2024. My husband and I went to this cafe for breakfast. Inside, the cafe looks like a restaurant: beautiful tables and chairs, real dishes and coffee mugs (instead of plastic ones), a waitress (very nice and friendly), delicious food and large portions. And overall a very pleasant environment. We will definitely stop there again for breakfast.

The food is always good and and the place is sunny and spacious. My only complaint is that the restaurant is cash-only, but they do have an ATM inside. The best part is the friendly and accommodating waitress who is always the same person waiting all the tables every time we’re there. Some days it’s busy, so you’ll have to ask for coffee. But most if the time she’s always there to offer coffee and checking in. We’ve never had our food delivered wrong. She works incredibly hard and we appreciate how much she’s able to afford herself to each table. It’s quite amazing and she’s a darling person

Good food but horrible service. They had two waitstaff for the entire place this morning. Luckily there are other places around. We waited longer to pay than everything else….combined. Two waitstaff for the whole place is just not good for business.
They also have no booster seats for children so you’ve been warned.

This place is EXTREMELY sketchy, I came here with my mom and the waitress wasn’t wearing a uniform or anything, and we had to just sit down wherever, there was nobody to come help us. Also, the drinks had some weird white stuff in it, and i was too scared to even try it. The food wasn’t bad, until I found a literal bug in it. I do NOT recommend this place unless you like disgusting food.

I went today with my family. My first impression was nice. The dining room was clean and open we got to sit down quickly ( you sat yourself) I am not one to leave many reviews. When something is really good and I am impressed I do.
Unfortunately, when something is really bad I do. I hope they read this.
When and if you are short-staffed that day tell your customers right when you take the drink order.
Do not dismiss your table because you feel awkward the kitchen is slow. Our waiter was young the kitchen staff was also very young it seemed kids were running the place.
That’s okay if you’re trained well. Maybe it was just a bad day for them I do not know.
We got our menus right away. We got our drinks right away. Our waiter didn’t introduce himself. He came to our table a total of 4 times. He didn’t even come back to ask us how the food was ( I am sure he overheard us that we were very disappointed and didn’t even want to ask) He put my plate in front of me and the first thing I saw was hair on my food. It wasn’t my own and had He looked He would have seen it.
So guys inspect your plates before you bring them out it takes 2 seconds. Make sure there is no hair. It happens I get it. I worked restaurant myself for years. Hair nets in the kitchen should be worn. I saw none. We shed 80 to 100 hairs a day and a lot is already on our clothing before we leave our house. Where chef coats if you have to or even another covering that’s clean.
The food was cold which was a telltale sign it had been sitting for a while before it was brought to the table.
Wait staff help out each other. If food is up for one table help your fellow staff. Work as a team guys. It will make things easier for all and your customers happy their food is not cold. I appreciate the girl who did ask us how things were. Saw we barely touched our food and didn’t make us pay for all of it. While we were there I observed other tables that had an hour or more wait and were not happy.
We were all disappointed and I wish you all well and hope you can have better days in the future. We won’t be back. It’s too bad because I loved the atmosphere.
