Nyx Athens Japanese Rooftop Bar truly exceeded my expectations. The food was outstanding—each dish thoughtfully prepared with intricate flavors and stunning presentation. You can really see the attention to detail in every plate.
The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely hospitable, making the whole experience feel relaxed yet refined. And the rooftop setting? Absolutely unforgettable. Watching the sunset over the Acropolis while enjoying such incredible cuisine made the evening feel extra special.

First of all this place is super cool, the view of the Acropolis is unbelievable and the bar is beautiful!
About the food, there is a huge amount of dishes and almost every thing was super tasty, the sushi was amazing!
The only thing that made my mind to give 4 stars is the service, it should be much more tight, we had to ask about napkins many times and the table was dirty when the waiter continued to bring more dishes.
Overall great place.

For fantastic views of Acropolis and cool vibes book an evening outing at Nyx! It has a festive atmosphere and hype crowd. The food is quite good.. check out my photos! Thoroughly enjoyed it.

I came here on a Saturday night with my girlfriend. We put in our reservation about 20 minutes before we showed up and it was fine.
There are indoor and outdoor seating areas. The outdoor area has a great view of the Acropolis. The view at night with the lights on was beautiful.
We sat inside. The table was a bit small. It was dimly lit inside and there was a little mushroom-shaped lamp on the table. The waiters were attentive and service was good.
We ordered the duck salad, the Chilean seabass, and the yuzu fruit dessert. The presentation was excellent for all three dishes. The duck salad had good flavor but was a little heavy with the sauce. The seabass was excellent. It was the perfect cut and the texture was very good. Well-cooked. The yuzu fruit dessert was interesting. There was a white chocolate shell that contained a chilled cream and yuzu gel interior. The dish was chilled as well.
Total bill was about 100 euros. Very well worth it. I was satisfied.

The bar is great too Nikos is completely charming, an asset to the restaurant.
Katerina and Cristos in the bar were also friendly and professional.

Also great view of the acropolis.
Sadly, the girls who ‘gate keep’ do so with a real arrogance. Despite having a reservation and being resident in the hotel they look and speak to you like you are stealing their air.

I recently had dinner at NYX Rooftop Gastrobar. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, atmosphere was fun, and the music was great. Christos, the bar manager and his team were friendly and provided great recommendations for dinner and drinks. He also gave us some tips about what to see and do in Athens. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in Athens. Looking forward to returning.

This is the first restaurant we came go in Athens after island-hopping around the Cyclades. We ate Greek food the entire time but this was such a refreshing cuisine and experience contrasting how delightful the tavernas were. We had no idea how amazing Japanese food could be in Athens and Greece in general. Every single dish here was incredible. The service here was absolutely impeccable. Dimitris was the best server ever and made our experience above and beyond amazing. He is such a kind and generous soul. He outdid himself and was so thoughtful! He was the best server we had in Greece. Overall 1000000/10 time!

Nice Japanese restaurant with a wonderful view to the Acropolis. I recommend to drink a cocktail, they have a professional bar and it was very tasty. Despite that, the food was full of sources.. too much source… finally we had a nice evening.

Everything we tried, from the appetisers to the dessert, was amazingly prepared and presented.
Slightly Westernized approach to sushi and similar items, but nevertheless extremely tasty and perfectly prepared.
Excellent waiting staff, everyone was very well trained, presented all menu items flawlessly and accommodated all our needs in a very polite manner.
