We order here nearly weekly. Generally great service. Rarely any issues. Tonight was way out of character. Ordered five pizzas, recapped the order with the gentleman on the phone. My wife arrived, only four pizzas made. She had to wait 20 minutes for the extra pizza to get made (first world problem), which caused the other pizzas to cool down. The issue is, the guy took the order wrong. I called, he wouldn’t put the asst manager on the phone. Just own up to the mistake, try to make it right, at least apologize. Aggravating experience at a typically solid place.

Great pizza and affordable! I just got a plain cheese. The crust was close to perfect: it had great flavor and texture and you could actually chew it. It had some kind of cheese melted on the outside of the crust, maybe Parmesan. I don’t know if they meant it, but it was a nice surprise. Very happy with this place.

My second time eating here. The first time I ordered a large thin crust pepperoni and salad. It as delicious. Today I ordered a large pepperoni with sausage and a five piece wing. The wings had no seasoning at all. It appeared as if the wings were taken from the bag into the oven. No salt, pepper or anything. Please remove wings from your menu or watch YouTube video on how to cook wings that’s suitable for the”cookout!’ I had to doctor these up myself when I got home. I will not be returning under any circumstance.

Order phone to go pep and cheese bread 12 minutes arrived cheese bread not ready was told 6 minutes wait. Canceled the cheese bread and just took the pizza. My only go to pizza stop for over 10 years but lately the lack of details that I’m use to are gone. The pizza cutters have been below par also.

First time eating hair, I really enjoyed the pizza. The salad was so so but I don’t like olives everybody in my house love it hopefully, the second time I order will be just as amazing.

I come here a lot and often noticed it’s a hit or miss from time to time and service varies depending on who’s working there.
Lately, when I call to order, I get a sole “hello?” They don’t state their business name. Ok… ‘Uhhh is this riverside pizza?’ “Yes.”
I’ve been ordering the veggie tandoori papa pan pizza and been getting very little chicken but today was the least I ever got. I asked for extra sauce and tandoori chicken and I must’ve got 7-10 small pieces on 8 slices of pizza– you can barely make out the ‘extra’ sauce and chicken on the pizza below, it was basically cheese bread with veggies.
I’ve also tipped in front of their staff and don’t get so much as a “thank you, we appreciate that.” I’m not sure whether Riverside thinks my tip is nominal and that I should tip as much as my total to get recognition for an optional tip.
Quality control and consistency might be an issue here but it is still good pizza!

Nice place to grab a quick hot ‘n ready pizza. LEXI and NICK gave good customer service. You can sign up to get special offers via email and a chance to win a family meal deal. If you’re not offered bread sticks with your order be sure to tell them they owe you a FREE order just like the sign says. 60 cents for Parmesan or red peppers isn’t a fair price for me, maybe it’s for extras. I couldn’t really tell from the signage. This Riverside pizza location sponsors sports teams which is an awesome way to give back to your community and invest in the future. Be sure to swing by and grab pizza, bread sticks, wings or salad.
