I made reservations for my husband and his parents. We had nice view of the river. We all got fresh fried grouper. It was excellent. Salads, baked potatoes and fried orca were good too. The hush puppies were little greasy. We ended meal with blackberry cake. My husband and I liked it but my in-laws did not. Our waitress was nice and provided excellent service till time to pay. After waiting a while to pay the bill, my husband went to front to see of he could pay it. He was told waitress takes care of it. After waiting while more, another waitress took care of it for us so we could leave.

Food was great. Got the Riverside bacon burger and fries and caesar salad. Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Our server Curtis was amazing and never let our drinks get more then half way empty before bringing another without us asking. I’ve pasted by this place probably 40 times in I26 and didn’t know it was here. We will be back to bring my mother next time. No food pictures because I didn’t stop to take pictures because it was good. Lol. Oh don’t forget the hot brownie with ice cream.. Outside area has a covered area so it’s comfortable on a sunny day.

The river view is beautiful and the service and food have been wonderful every time! Their fried items have the most delicious breading and I could eat their fried zucchini happily every day! We previously had their potato cakes as an appetizer as well and filled up on those and had to take our main order home! Worth the prices for the well prepared seafood and view!

I was at a seminar, hosted by MASA, and there were approximately 20 people in attendance. The server we had handled almost ALL service on her own, for the entire group, without becoming flustered or short with anyone. Being an older crowd, I know that was very difficult, but she was accurate, attentive and polite. The venue, overlooking the river, was gorgeous and the entire building was comfortable & clean. Meal was terrific & plated well. We’ll definitely be back!!

Lovely experience here! I really have no complaints besides my chicken tenders being really tough and hard to chew! The hush puppies and fries were outstanding and my favorite part of the meal! My husband ate a shrimp po’boy and he said the bread was amazing and the shrimp was fresh! Not to mention the lovely views of the water! And our waitress was nice and on top of things! We’ll definitely be coming back!

My husband enjoyed his food quite a bit as well as I enjoyed the fried greanbeans. My Hickory Chicken on the other hand wasn’t so great. Chicken very dry and the cheese on top was almost like plastic. The atmosphere was lovely though even with the dim lighting and fireplace going. It was definitely cozy for our date night.

I thought the food was pretty good, if you like food. We had a pretty good waiter, great food and pleasant environment. Definitely a place to take the family. The food was really good like I said, we plan on coming back.
