This is a great dive bar with awesome food. Harry is an incredible foodie who has curated a perfect bar menu over the last few years. Their burgers, wings, French dip and pierogi are some of our favorites. Good beer selection and great bartenders. This spot is a local favorite and it packs a crowd of regulars. They have done a lot of face lifting over the past few years and really spruced the place up without removing that cool dive bar type of vibe.
If you have never been or haven’t been in the last few years, definitely check them out.

Something in me said not to go back to this bar, but after a few months away, I decided to give it another try. I should’ve trusted my gut
The moment I walked in tonight, the vibe was off. The bar manager’s wife walked past me while wiping down a table, saw another group of customers, and didn’t say a word to me. Another employee looked at me and went straight to the back. Not one person acknowledged me — they just carried on serving everyone else comfortably, acting like I wasn’t there.
A few months ago, when the original incident happened, I ordered a mimosa and the manager threw a full attitude about opening a bottle. I told him, “Your wife made one for me before,” which was true — and that’s when he completely lost it. He started pacing, complaining, and having a full man-child meltdown in front of a group of regulars (men) during the day, talking loudly about his wife — saying she “doesn’t know what she’s doing” and “she’s too nice.” He clearly didn’t care who heard because, as he said, “It’s my bar, I told him I’d pay for the entire bottle (which I did) and still tipped him afterward. The way he handled that situation was awkward, unprofessional, and unnecessary.
Coming back tonight, it was clear they had all talked about me I’m always on folks mind lol. but nobody had the courage to just be upfront. In light as I write this review, it’s not that serious — I just wish folks would have a backbone and speak with their chest. No assumptions, no whispers — say it out loud.
Lol — not losing any sleep, and definitely not giving this bar or anyone attached to it another dime. I was and am amazing tipper, but I guess when you need your job, you keep your mouth shut. There are better bars around anyway. Matter of fact, I might just open my own.

HAN’S GARAGE
This place. You must come through.
I had friends visit me for Thanksgiving, and we decided to watch the NFL game. Little did we know, we came too late and the kitchen was closed. REGARDLESS, they said we can still order and get some food as a one-time deal. I decided to get some wings and let me tell you… these wings are the best wings I have ever had in a while. I was completely blown away, and all of my friends who didn’t want wings to begin with decided to jump on them, and I wish I had ordered more! I’m definitely coming back as soon as possible. Vikki was our lovely host and she gave all of us so many gifts! She deserves a raise!
To top all of this greatness, they played Linkin Park. Hands down the greatest place on earth!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Not from around here and was looking to grab a quick bite to eat. When we walked in, everyone at the bar just stared at us and not one employee tried to greet us. While we were walking out, we overheard them say “that didn’t take long!” This place is clearly only for disrespectful drunks, DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!

Great place. Just an amazing find. Companion had the chicken Parm, I did the cheese steak. What a great place. Kind of slow but it fits the ambiance. All we’re happy. The onion rings are amazing. Friendly staff and will do this place over again next visit.

Great place to grab a beer and sammich. Good selection of brews and a comprehensive menu. Regulars are friendly and fun. Harry the barkeep keeps your glass full and is a nice guy to chat with. Definitely has a cool “Cheers” vibe and I always stop in when I’m in the neighborhood

One of the best small under rated taverns in the area. The draft beer is always cold. Food always hot and delicious. Prices are super great. And service is absolutely amazing. One of my faves is the chicken cheesesteak, best value.

You don’t need to go to Philadelphia for a cheese steak no more. Holy hell, this place is serving up one of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had in New Jersey. Yes, I’ve been to Philly before and yes, I would put this sandwich up to the best there.
Perfect balance of meat, cheese, peppers and onion on wonderful soft bread. The guy in the kitchen is a wizard. I also got the onion rings and it paired well with my 2022 cheesesteak (You see what I did there?). If you haven’t been here before , stop in and try the sandwich. I know for a fact, you won’t be disappointed. Don’t let first impressions fool you. This is a hidden gem for sure.
