Went there for lunch when 3 hours from home, walked in and was treated like a regular. Small and cozy place, with a small bar area. Menu was diverse and the item I got was delicious with more beans and rice then I could eat. Wait staff was very friendly although I ordered to-go and didn’t get waited on precisely. Only reason for the lack of star was the price of food, which was a little more expensive then I normally see but such is a crummy economy. Definitely recommend.

Great Mexican restaurant! The wait staff is always kind and accommodating. The food is delicious and always expertly made. Friends and I have been frequenting this place for ages. Favorite food is the burrito. The burrito I’ve always loved is no longer on menu but they make it for me anyways.

Very good Mexican food with very good service. Been here many times. Servers are always nice and tonight was no different. It was not crowded at all tonight so the service was exceptional – food was served very quickly. Everything we had was quite tasty. We will be back again.

Things to note for those disabled: easy access to front door(no steps). Seating is a little tight, but those who use wheelchairs could possibly call ahead to reserve a low table in the front room. There are high tables in the back by the bar that may be uncomfortable for those with knee or hip replacements. Ask for available low tables and wait times or call ahead 🙂

I was very impressed with the quality of food that was served, everything tasted very fresh. The service was very good the price was very affordable. Everybody in my party. We had an excellent meal. Honestly this is not my normal Mexican restaurant, but honestly it was better than the normal restaurant I go to.

I’ve been here twice, once for dinner and again for lunch, and each time was great. The staff has the right mix of speed and attentiveness all without making you feel smothered. The food itself was great, not the most authentic Mexican cuisine you can find but certainly tasty and great portions. While there I tried their half moon wings (not much kick but cooked to perfection), the quesadilla supremo (streak and shrimp, their marinated streak is amazing), and the bbq chicken burrito (the item I liked the last but still found tasty).

It’s hard for me to rate Blue Moon accurately because the food and service quality varies a lot. I’ve ordered their food for take out 4 times and have had both ends of the spectrum: once it was almost the best Mexican I’ve ever had and spiced to perfection, but then another time the food was bland, the rice was dry, and they screwed up my entire order (gave us enchiladas instead of burritos and the wrong meat for another dish). Another time it was ok and the forth lack luster. 3 stars because it’s hit or miss… Wish I could find out the different chef schedules.

Very friendly service with excellent margaritas. Food was ok and the building could definitely use an update. Sunday football specials add a pretty good value to an already reasonably priced menu. If you plan on tackeling one of their oversized burritos skip the apps.

The burritos are HUGE and TASTY! The food is very flavorful and not at all bland which can happen w/ some Mexican restaurants. There’s a reason this place fills up frequently, we’ll be back for more. Removing a star since you can only get happy hour prices for beverages while sitting in the bar area which is very small. Consider opening up the HH to more parts of the restaurant (maybe outside seating???)
