Ordered 6 glazed and 6 cream filled, and the glazed are SAD! They taste like they are from last month. Dry, and dehydrated! I will have to leave them in milk over night and try them tomorrow hopefully they are moist by then. I hardly ever go there but o got a hankering late at night and this is the result! ♂️

The woman in the Drive Through is Bias and rude this is my 3rd time I get to see my same experience as today with the same woman tending the window. One experience with My son and I in the back ,she tended to him with a smile and told him all the kinds of donuts in house “really nice service” because he was a man . Than a 2nd with a friend of mine she was rude and ugly and rushing my friend. When my friend asked her for the assortment they had she basically rolled her eyes and said they are in the window pain. Today I stopped because my mother wanted some And she was at the window tending a man in his truck infront of us she was being nice ,laughing and smiling and giving him the assortment ,which is great .But she shouldn’t be bias and give great service because of gender. That woman should not be tending the window. Makes River City look like a bad spot for woman to go purchase ,because we will be mistreated. The other ladies are sweet and nice The one tending the window midday 12:00 to 12:30 gives bad publicity to RiverCity. And just incase if she is related to the owner she gives him a bad vibe. For sure it my last time visiting that place . I had stopped going but my mom wanted to taste those donuts. We went to Chapas, sales reps their tend to their customers like family and the taste at Chapa is authentic special.

These folks were really nice. Smiles as I entered. Clean. And they randomly comped my order of apple fritter, old fashioned and two coffees. Note that coffees came with cream and sugar by custom.

Where do I begin….donuts look like they have been sitting out all day. All I ordered was a dozen glazed donuts, and there was NO glaze. Looks like they overlooked the donuts with glazing. Donuts NEED more glaze! Krispy Kreme, Dunkin Donuts, etc…all have more glaze on them. Yet, those establishments are not here in Del Rio. This is the only reason why River City is in business. One of the worst donut shops I have ever been to. You know it’s bad when Walmart has better glazed donuts.
