12/07/2025 – First time visiting Ritzy’s with a girlfriend of mine and the experience was great. I ordered The Ritz with double patties and made it a combo. Everything tasted delicious. Modernized old fashioned diner appeal serving delicious burgers, fries, hot dogs, and they make their own ice cream. Comfortable seating. The service was stellar from the entire staff. Thank you. The burgers are always delish. And I really like their fries. Always fried perfectly.
Their ice cream is great. Today I ordered a saddle shoe sundae. For $7, it’s the best sundae you can order anywhere. Great ice cream, loaded up with Oreo pieces, a healthy amount of fudge, topped with whipped cream and a cherry.
If you are nearby and need to grab lunch, this is one of my favorite places in Columbus. A great little burger joint/ice cream parlor. Worth a visit anytime and everytime.

It was so good. I had to go back for another one and this time I tried the peanut butter jelly burger. I think I prefer just the regular peanut butter and jelly, but it was still so good.

Why go to five guys when you could go here with more options at less the cost.
For real, the fries where crisper, saltier, and fresher then any of the big conglomerates, same for the burgers too.
Service was fast friendly and clean as well.
So do yourself a favor keep your money local and get something nicer to boot!

Ria’s Lemonade Stand
Ritzy’s is one of our family’s favorite after-church lunches. They have many kids friendly options like customizable strawberry PB&Js, giant kids burgers, hot dogs with whatever you want on it, shoestring fries, and the kids meal comes with a scoop of any flavor of their house made ice cream.
Their burger patties are smashed and incredibly thin, and you have the option of single, double, or triple. They are crispy and flavorful. While I normally enjoy a thick juicy burger, I do love how it tastes and will get a double. My favorite part is the diner feel and being able to customize my cheeseburger how I want with a nice selection of toppings.
The details from the music, decor and memorabilia to the soda machine’s pop-tab tables makes for a great and immersive experience.
Also, the bathrooms are always clean and ready to use. It does smell like an air freshener, which isn’t my favorite, but with how clean and tidy they are I really can’t complain.

The food was just okay for us. I had the coney dog which was smaller than I thought it would be for $5.80. It was just a regular sized hot dog. Her chicken sandwich was in her words “just okay”. The shoe string fries are hyped up but really nothing special. The service was quick and the staff was very polite. The ice cream was good. We both had the classic sundae.

Delicious burgers that taste like real hamburgers. The beyond meat patty is also good. If you dont want a hamburger, they have hot dogs, chili, and grilled chicken. This is one of the few places in town that serves shoestring fries.

Average smash burger. Didn’t like the bun at all. Pickles were amazing. Shakes looked awesome but tasted icy. Wonderful retro diner atmosphere. Worth a visit, but probably overhyped. The 3 way is a huge serving. Chili has no beans, watery, similar to skyline. Fries are shoestring fries, and can split the large size between 3 people. Service was very good, employees seemed very happy and that’s a great sign. Limited parking in the back and side building. And there were a few seats available to eat outside too. Fantastic location

Ritzy’s was a fun experience. It has a real diner feel. I got the twist & shout (cookie butter ice cream with pretzels, caramel, and whipped cream). I’ve never had pretzels with ice cream before and this was a hit.
