Located in the countryside of Davidsonville, MD, about 20 minutes from Annapolis, our restaurant offers great dining in a pine walled interior with high ceilings, antique farm tools decorating the walls, and colored glass reminiscent of Ireland’s revered historic churches. In the warmer months we have outdoor dining surrounded by flowers and greenery on our porch, and when things are cooler you can request a table by the cozy fireplace in our main dining room. Our pub is filled with classic advertising signs from Guinness and other Irish favorites. We had an absolutely marvelous experience at the Killarney House! The staff were friendly and attentive (though our food took a while to come out, it was a Saturday night and we were in the bar area).
The Langer’s Ball is the live musical act that brought us to the Killarney House and they were fantastic, but we will definitely return to the Killarney House regardless.
We were surprised at the quality of the food, the fun atmosphere, and the warm service.
We loved the corned beef poppers and shepherd’s pie. The potato leek soup was very thick, but tasty. The prices felt fair for the quality of food and drink.
We had a rollicking good time! Sláinte!

The service is good and the restaurant is nice. We have been to Ireland and have to compare the taste of the food served here. The Shepherds pie is a little salty for my liking and was only served with one small thin sliced of bread. The Irish breakfast is good except for the sausage served. The tomato whisky soup served with the grilled cheese sandwich is great.

Jenn C was our server and she was wonderful and so helpful! The shepherd’s pie, beef stew and pot roast are absolutely incredible and are the best dishes at this restaurant and best in the DMV area. My favorite dish is the pot roast, it is so tender and just melts in your mouth. Highly recommend Killarney House. The customer service is always amazing and the food is so delicious. My family and I come here all the time and continue to keep coming back. If you’re looking for incredible Irish food then look no further.

We booked lunch for a big party (7 adults, 14 kids) on a Sunday. The entire staff was gracious, polite, and accommodating. They handled everything expertly, from seating to orders to payments. The food was delicious and came out hot, with generous servings even for the kids’ meals. It’s a very busy place and clearly well-loved in the community, for good reason. They had a full menu, brunch, specials, and a kids’ menu so there was plenty of variety. All told, after tax and tip, we spent a little over $20/person which was great value for the experience. It was a fun treat to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day with friends.

Overall, I was really impressed with our waitress… she was super sweet and tentative, which is always a big plus in my book…. food was pretty good and drinks also good….

My fiancé and I came here for dinner one night after we’ve driven by so many times. I will say they did not disappoint. We were greeted as we walked in, very welcoming atmosphere. It was a Friday night so they had live music which was really nice, we could still hear the music even in the dinning area which was nice.
Hannah was our waitress, she was amazing. Told her it was our first time there, gave us some suggestions and we enjoyed what she suggested.
We started with their wings and onion rings, with ranch (made in house) absolutely delicious! Their blue cheese (made in house) was great too. Our main dish was Fish and chips, the wild Atlantic haddock well made, would recommend it. My fiancé ate their shepherds pie. He absolutely enjoyed the dish. For dessert we Baileys chocolate mousse and he got Irish cream cake. I would recommend Killarney. Great food, great service, and atmosphere.

The ham and bean soup was perfect for a winter day and the chicken pot pie special was plentiful and tasted great.
