In last 2 weeks my husband and I have visited this place 3 to 4 times. This place is one of the best frozen custard place we have been to. Everytime they have few different flavors and since we like trying new flavors we have always got something different there. Never disappointed. Always surprised by how the texture, taste and variety of flavors this place has. The flavors are at a perfect level of sweetness too. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone out there who love frozen custards.

Love going here, been going since I was a kid! Now I take my doggos with me. They give pup cups, and have the best ice cream around. It’s frozen custard. They have ice cream cakes as well, some always in stock and you can request special order ones as well. I normally get the strawberry delight!

Everything is amazing here, you won’t be disappointed

They are very micro-aggressive and underhandedly racist. Went there to get Ice cream and one worker aggressively grabbed the tip jar the very moment we went up to order. The person taking our order let out a small chuckle, will not be back. If you are a person of color I would not recommend going here. We were also given weird stares upon arrival. If I could give zero stars I would.

My wife and I love going to Ritters. It is very good custard. The glaciers are great. Although this time around my wife received her glacier in a double stacked Styrofoam cup. We did not think much of it, at first. Once she got closer to the bottom she realized that the inner Styrofoam cup had been broken through. She realized this after chewing on some Styrofoam. When she pulled the cups apart we could see the inner cup had been blown out on the bottom of it. THIS IS SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE! Who in their right mind would think the Styrofoam stayed in tact and did not break off into tiny pieces. Have yall ever broken a piece of Styrofoam before?? It fractures into tiny pieces. She was not able to finish her dessert, hopefully she did not ingest any accidentally. Very disappointed in this establishment placing profit margins over customer safety

Our little whole in the wall location we like to go to coming from South Lyon. Don’t get me wrong. DQ in South Lyon is good, a bit overstated for what’s available and the traffic it gets, but Ritters just seems to be the better place for us. I love that their water ice is like how Ritas is or close to it. Check them out, nice atmosphere!

Very disappointed with the service. There were 6 workers but only 1 was actually working. The other ones were too busy goofing around with one of their friends at the drive-through speaker to help the customers who were standing in line waiting to order.
