I want to start off by saying myself, and my husband with our three children walked in and Angela was absolutely spectacular. Not only was she kind and greeted us with a hello and a big beautiful smile she was patient with all my children as they wanted to taste just about every flavor. She stayed calm and smiling the entire time we were there, As we were there 2 other family’s showed up and she continued to stay patient and didn’t rush at all! Her professionalism was outstanding!! A bonus side to Rita’s are the prices for everything we got including toppings was under $20.00!! And we will be back!!

Had a wild experience in terms of quality and portion size. They have the smallest portions over ever seen in ice cream. I don’t mind paying but this was absolutely ridiculous. Ice cream from McDonald’s would’ve been better. How are you okay with charging $6 for a couple of spoons of ice cream that isn’t even presented nicely. I almost want a refund if it wasn’t such a hassle. 0/10 would not recommend.

On a recent trip to Pasco County we were craving Rita’s! And we have only ever been to the Downtown Clearwater Rita’s location-so we were thrilled to find a Palm Harbor location on Google! We easily found it, it’s in a strip plaza back off U.S. 19 behind the Chick Fil A. Plenty of parking, the location is beautiful! You walk in and it’s fun, bright & clean. I loved the decor and you can tell it’s still a relatively new location. The flavor selection was amazing! You can sample and taste the different flavors. There are tons of delicious flavors and options. The lady who helped us was actually the owner and we spoke with her a bit and she was extremely friendly and helpful. All of our Gelati’s tasted amazing! We are 100% going to be stopping in again and I highly recommend this Rita’s for delicious Italian ice to beat the summer heat! ☀️

I had a great experience at Rita’s. The employee working, Rose, greeted me with a smile. She then continued to explain the menu and recommend a delicious dessert. She was quick and efficient!! My dessert was fantastic due to Rose’s recommendations. I will definitely be back to try more flavors!!

We showed up 1 minute after closing time and
Frank was THE BEST and still let us order through the window. He went out of his way while he was cleaning To help us because we drove a little bit to get ice cream here. He definitely did not have to do that but he did and probably went home late because of it.

Update 1/13/25
Well nothing has changed. Still out of 1/2 the flavors EVERY DAY. Well I guess something has changed place no longer has a line. Still no flavors. Now they are closing during the week. I’m sure this place is doomed. I’m still driving to Clearwater and to Jeremiahs and slips that are about 1/2 mile away. They don’t put flavors online. Guess they are too lazy. Store hours change without notice. Such a shame
Was so happy to have a Rita’s close to home. Been there every other night. The past 3 times they are out of cherry. Last week I was given the scrapes from the sides and it only filled 1/2 the cup but was still charged for a full cup. The staff is mostly nice. They need to put 2 people to work as it shouldn’t take 20 minutes to get a ice. Tonight again only 1 girl and a line out the door at 7:45. She was very nice and trying to keep up. Some young guy employee comes in at 7:55 with an attitude. You can tell he didn’t want to be there. They were out of 5 flavors. I will be going to Enterprise from now on until they get it together. Hopefully they will have product for the grand opening.

Love this new location! So much more convenient than driving out to Clearwater. The employee was excellent! She helped us try new flavors than we usually get and all 5 of us got something we usually don’t! She was awesome! You’re lucky to have her. We will be back as often as we can. Rita’s Italian ice is the best ever. Thank you!!
