Ordered a Gelati. It was supposed to have layers of Italian ice and custard but it was a whole cup of ice and only one small dollop of custard on top. Super disappointed that I didn’t get what I paid for.

The gelati flavors change daily and the sign out front says two samples per person, yet staff enforce it as two per transaction, no matter how many people are ordering. The sign should be updated to reflect the actual policy so customers aren’t confused or tempted to walk away (as staff seem to assume they might be.)

Some of the best soft serve around. One of the biggest things, I went last minute before closing which I hate to do, and they were so happy to serve us!! The quality is very good and service is even better!! Highly recommended if you’re in the mood for some cold treats!! Glad they changed their hours for the summer to stay open later!

Terrible customer service. The menu is a lot. I ordered a non blended by accident and asked if they could blend up what they already made, and they said no. It was never even touched (we were at the window the whole time). It was for my kid. They had plenty of people working. We just asked to just throw it in a blender. The menu clearly showed the SAME PRICE. The attendant was super rude, too. It would have made a kids’ day just to help us out. He left in tears. See their responses for everything you need to know about how they treat their customers. It’s honestly shocking they are so nasty, especially kids, given that’s their demographic!

I got the chocolate covered strawberry milkshake and it was absolutely delicious, the sour patch kid Italian ice was really good too! I’m surprised they aren’t really busy, the prices are great for what you get. The owners are super nice too

I’m leaving 5 stars because I love Ritas! Their custard and Italian ice are the best you can get, but I also wanted you to be aware that I found two long stringy pieces of plastic and one small piece in my Italian ice and my son found one in his. I had to stop eating it. I don’t know if it’s from the containers/bags they are purchased in or not but just wanted you to be aware. Thanks! And my goodness if your Google hours say your open until 8:00 on Sat (which recently just changed to earlier) make sure you’re open at 7:15 when I pull up please…

After a wonderful day at the beach! My family and I stopped for ice cream. I made the order for 2 Gelato’s. Upon receiving them, I found that one did not contain ice cream only the flavor ice. I then brought this to the attention of a attendant at the window and made them aware of the mistake. The lady (owner) advised that the mistake was not theirs and told me that she would make me one for another full price. The lady was very rude and not understanding.
