I always drop by or order water ice from this location. But this is the second time I ordered water ice from this location this summer and I had to write a review to see if something could be done. Both times I’ve ordered and received cups of water ice that taste like either soap or cleaner. You can smell the chemical smell the moment you open the lid. The same goes with the Bavarian pretzel. The first time I just threw it out thinking its a one off. But it happening again, I cannot overlook the issue because I basically paid to throw away food. I don’t know if others are experiencing the same thing I have but I have to speak up about it.

This was my first experience at Rita’s and I can definitely say that I will be back. I loved the gelati! I got a sugar free dragon fruit water ice and vanilla custard. It was so good. Fresh, cooling, creamy, sweet. Everything I love in a summer treat. It was simply delicious. They don’t have a steady sugar free menu. That does change up frequently.

I do love Rita’s but the regular looks like a junior. I know they got rid of their junior size cup. It’s to me is like three scoops and it’s gone.

My son loves Rita’s, that’s the only reason I come here, even though CJ’s is up the road with more options. I had two coupons. One was buy one get one small water ice free. The other was any small item becomes a large. I was charged $5.99 for two small water ices and $4.71 for a small gelati when the sign clearly says it’s$4.19. in essence, I was overcharged around $3. When I questioned the young lady at the window, she clearly had no idea as to why I was even charged for a second water ice. Also, the cheese pretzel was dry and old. The young lady forgot to add hot mustard. When I asked another person there to add the mustard, she says it costs .75 cent. Then she said if I put it on myself, it’s free. Wow. This is frustrating and we won’t be returning here for a while.

Rita’s is always a favorite. This location is not far from where I stay and got me my order fairly quickly. Yummy as always!

I like this Rita’s location. It’s a perk that they have a drive thru if I don’t want to get out my car. They employees are very nice. I had to remove a star because they have this rule where they can only mix two flavors Smdh That’s so mean lol Like the limit should be at least three like other Rita’s locations
