My family and I typically visit the Folsom location—however we drove by and they were extremely packed (like, line all the way to the road packed!), so we decided to drive to this location instead, since it’s only a short distance. I’m so glad we did! Only one customer was there! And i’m not sure why, as the customer service was great, they have plenty of seating, a nice size/accessible parking lot, AND they have a drive-thru!

Rude staff! I came here last weekend because my husband loves the cherry Misto. I decided that I wanted to try one but I was not familiar with the different flavors. I asked the young lady ( I did not catch her name.) what other flavors did they have and her response was “all of our flavors are on the menu.” I did not have on my reading glasses but I did not feel like I needed to explain that to her. I ended up pulling off and taking my business elsewhere.

Hello, please consider having different kinds of pretzels and mustards. Medically, some people can’t eat spice mustard. The counter workers heard me clearly ask for yellow mustard. They gave me spicy mustard and twisted pretzel instead of a regular pretzel.

Don’t talk bad about the Rita’s n Collingdale. It opens b4 any other Rita’s. Customer service is pleasant…never seen an employee with an attitude yet. Always have sugar free options. Drive thru, ample parking. Never been to a Rita’s that disappoints, but if there ever was…this 1 ain’t the one….period

The service was great. The young lady that waited on me was very nice and went out her way to satisfy me. I love the fact that it has a drive thru.What I didn’t like was the fact that it didn’t have any flavors that I liked and the one flavor that I settled for was not ready and I would have to wait 5min . They also messed up one of my requested water ices. Overall it was an okay experience. I would visit again and just hope they have my flavors ready.
