Just went to Rita’s and they close at 9:00 pm we got there at 8:40. The guy that hat waited on us was very unfriendly . He made a mistake and gave me a cup but I asked for a cone. He apologized but my husband wanted black cherry water ice and he said they don’t have it but it was on the billboard. He seemed agitated and likely could have went into the back to get more our. Needless to say my husband ended up not getting anything. Very rude help! Seemed agitated that it was 8:40 and they close at 9. But that’s within opening hours and yet he seems to not want to look in the back for more. He needs to treat customers with respect instead of wanting to get out of there so bad!

Rita’s is everything you could want and more. Unicorn water ice is the greatest thing that Rita’s has done recently. I highly suggest trying it out if you haven’t yet. This location is wonderful. They have the best parking and the people who work here are always so nice. Their sitting area is also nice and is a little tucked away so you aren’t bothering those who are trying to order.

It was my birthday! We went out to eat and I really wanted Rita’s after. When we got there my fiancé just passed out. I was terrified! Not one person asked if I needed help not one..the ambulance came…he was severely dehydrated. Thumbs down to the people who were there on 7/11 and just sat there staring while I was struggling!!

Great spot! Parking can be a little rough when it’s busy. Staff is always friendly & efficient. Lots of water ice flavors & tons of soft serve flavors too!! Their frozen coffee is also delicious, highly recommend!

I just wanted to give you a heads up. I will never go to Ria’s where ice.
The prices are too high.
I can go to Costco and get for yogurt half the price.
And get a lot more yogurt.
I can get frozen yogurt at Costco for $2.50 large

For half the price.
I just feel Rita’s water ice prices have gone as sight.
And plus the employees they have half the time are very rude.
Do not go to Ria’s water ice in montgomeryville.

This is what they gave me when I ordered a small banana custard. $4 and it’s like a free sample. Line was way too long to even go back and ask for a refund or replacement

This Rita’s is right around the corner from us. The products are exactly what you would expect from other Rita’s, so anything you like from the brand will be exactly the same here. (Which me and my family love).
The parking is a little rough. It shares a parking lot with dry cleaner and the size is pretty small. It’s also not very well kept. There are a lot of bumps, potholes, etc. Also there are no lines, so it’s all up for grabs when pulling in.
Small amount of bench seating on the side. But most people just take their treats into the car with them.
Service is very good and with a smile. Most employees are well trained and know what you want.

Ritas is the place to go for water ice. My kids love it and they recognize the place just by the color of the shade they put up at every location.
The personally love certain flavors.
Following are the ones I suggest
1. Cotton Candy
2. Sugar free dragon fruit
3. All natural orange
4. All natural pineapple
One issue that I feel is that the all natural flavors are not consistently available. So there are many times that I drive to the store and I see that the all natural orange is not available and I come home without buying anything.
What I need to realize is that the all natural is based on availability and cost etc. But orange is available at this time of the year and available should not be an issue.
Another thing I would like to point out is the driveway and the parking lot. The parking area and the driveway really needs a makeover and feels like a dirty pothole overall. This needs to be repaved and sealed so that people feel they have come to a decent place where we could hang out and sit around having the water ice rather than buying and leaving n having the water ice in the car.
But overall, this is a good place to get water ice.

Always a good Rita’s branch here. The teens that are working here are always nice and they crank out orders quick. The price of water ice is a little steep though. For a family of 4 with 2 kids sizes is nearly 20$. yowzers
