This is the second gelati I’ve bought this week and the ice cream is freezer burnt I know it’s the start of the season but please do better I mentioned it to the manager and he said he’ll check it out and charged me additional because I wanted more custard then water ice all for it to be freezer burnt again first time was yesterday

I CAME HERE DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND THEY WERE CLOSED! I’VE BEEN SICK TO MY STOMACH AND UNABLE TO EAT. ALL I WANTED WAS A DAMN RITAS! Tonight I went to Rita’s. I got a chocolate concrete. My husband got strawberry shortcake. Both were outstanding. I was greeted by a smiley girl who took the order and a hard-working young man who made my concrete and when I said, I wanted hot fudge in the middle he added more with a smile on face. I didn’t have any cash to leave a tip so I went home didn’t have more than two bucks so I went to the ATM got a $20 bill got some stuff at Weis ended up with two5 dollar bills and change. Went back to Rita’s gave his blonde coworker a five dollar bill and she said that this young man’s name was Tristan and he was on break so I gave her the five dollars to give to him and hopefully he got it because he definitely deserved it because he did the work and he was Friendly. When I see young people working hard at a young age for a little bit of money it makes me feel like I should do a little bit more to make them encouraged and he did a great job and she was also friendly so hopefully he got his tip and again kudos to Tristan and the blonde girl.

This Rita’s is hands-down the best in the area. Open year-round, it’s a go-to spot no matter the season. There’s indoor seating for chillier days and an awesome outdoor area with shaded tables—perfect for enjoying a treat in the sun.
The flavored custard options are fantastic (seriously, try them!), and there’s always plenty of parking—so convenient. I’ve never had to wait in a long line, which is a huge plus when you’ve got eager kids in tow. The staff are also awesome with kids, they’re always willing to add sprinkles to my kid’s water ice—even though it’s not the norm.

Stopped here on a whim after a bad experience with a different ice cream shop and they really saved our evening. Large variety of flavors, real fruit in the fruit ices, some creative menu options. Overall an excellent experience. There’s also an attached pizza place that does a simple but good thin slice.
