We went yesterday for 5 orders and it was the biggest mistake ever. We were greeted by a big woman with a bad attitude that was bothered because we were ordering and she had to do her job. Half the items on the menu were mising. The food was bland and undercooked. The noodles were stale and hard. They tasted like they were from the day before. Broccoli has super hard and the beef had no seasoning. The general’s chicken was also mushy with huge pieces and some really tiny. The flavor was off..weird tasting. We ended up giving our food to the dogs. For that business’s sake I hope this isn’t an everyday thing because they’ll find themselves going out of business. Find yourself better employees! The one guy at the front was really friendly though. I went there because it was recommended as a good place by friends and family. What a mistake! I should have stuck to my usual place.

This is for all my spicy bourbon chicken lovers. It’s literally the only reason I would go but I haven’t been able to get it for the past five years cuz they apparently only make enough for the first four people that ask for it, then it vanishes for the rest of the day. Remove it from the menu at this point cuz I can’t be the only one getting shafted by whatever the bs reason is as to why they absolutely cannot make any more throughout the day after the first batch. Either that spicy bourbon sauce is more valuable than the spice from the Dune movies or they just can’t be bothered to make any more. Service can be good depending on the shifts. Unfortunate cuz this place used to be really solid. I’d suggest going to the other location cuz Bassett’s ain’t it.

I ordered a platter that had two entrées and white rice. One of the entrées was supposed to be bourbon chicken and it really turned out to be burnt chicken. It was super dry burnt on the outside and the few pieces I tried to eat tasted like shoe leather. I bit into it and I couldn’t even chew it. I did return it to them and they were going to give me a fresh batch and even the fresh batch was completely burnt. My advise to anyone that wants to eat there, please do not eat bourbon chicken. Do yourself a favor and order something else.. Food is OK not the greatest but I guess for being mall food court food it’ll have to do. My suggestion don’t waste your money spend it someplace else so that you will at least enjoy the food that you purchase.

The food was so bad, me and an associate both threw 98 percent of our order into the trash can we couldnt eat it. I couldnt even take it home it was flavorless and even gross. The staff was kind of rude. I would not recommend this place to an enemy. I was concerned about food poisoning the food tasted stale and like it had been set out all day.

We used to love this place but yesterday (6/23/2023) our card information was compromised here. The male cashier was being weird & the older Hispanic lady had to come over and to make sure he swiped out card at the counter top machine. Now we know why he was being all shady trying to do something with our card under the register

Food is decent. Although they didn’t have orange chicken and a few other items from the looks of the empty trays. The reason for 2 star rating is that the old hag serving me was rude and had a bad really bad attitude. I asked for half and half, she gave me just rice, then I noticed after she had moved from that section and I kindly asked for chow mein and she gave me a really bad attitude about it. Be more professional please. If I go again, hope she’s not serving me or hope she has a better attitude.
