Typical Rita’s Italian Ice &Frozen Custard. Employees were friendly and helpful. Service was fast and professional. All items we got were good. No problems during visit. I would recommend this location and will definitely go back when in the area.

Owner is always there working. Super friendly and great customer service! I work at a local school and about once a week we take a group of 15-20 kids to get a frozen treat. They are great with our kids! Highly recommend!

Great place to go for a quick, cool treat with the fam. We went on an especially hot evening and it was great. I especially like the gelati with vanilla. The outer tables are available to sit at but it is not uncommon for them to be sticky. That said, it is a busy place and I’m not sure if the employees have time to spray them down at any point during the day. Of course we will be back.

This is a fabulous Rita’s. The people who work here are ALWAYS friendly and are very efficient. We have a fundraiser here every year and Ted, the manager is FANTASTIC to deal with; he lets us bring sidewalk chalk and bubbles and it’s like a big party. I HIGHLY recommend Mount Joy Rita’s!!

Can be quite busy at times. The best way to not get stuck in parking lot [ due to dunkin donuts drive through] is park in Giant store parking lot and just walk across. Service is fast but lines can get long especially after dinner time. Still waiting for them to get cheesecake custard like the one in elizabethtown though.

I call all the time asking about when this or that flavor will be there and the girls inside are always dismissive and unhelpful over the phone. I often wanna get Italian ice but would rather not bother because they never post their flavors online I have to pull up just to see nothing I want is there or call and talk to someone who won’t help me..

Employees are incredibly rude. I was patronizing this establishment as both a Doordash driver and as a customer. Needless to say, after being disrespected for no reason in front of other customers, I won’t be back to this location.
