This location is very poor on their flavor selection on doordash with only about 5 flavors of Italian ice, and most of the time they don’t even have the sugar-free option on the doordash app so we are forced to order from different locations. I have sent emails and also have called this location about this ongoing problem and still nothing has changed. Poor management will cost you to lose customers and money of course.

I don’t typically have an issue coming here, but I am upset with how my partner was treated tonight. First frustration was he stood around waiting bc the girls needed to finish their conversation about what they’re wearing to school tomorrow. Second frustration is I am near the end of my pregnancy and have been craving Alex’s lemonade flavor. My partner asked them when that flavor is going to be available. The employee respond with “oh we have it right now” another employee then says “that’s not the same one” to which the first employee responds with “ ” …. We are not stupid. If you make mistake with what you had stated, say that. Don’t act like you have a flavor that you absolutely do not have. There’s a huge difference between the lemon flavor and Alex’s lemonade.

I really like Rita’s but this location NEVER puts their flavors in their website. I’d probably go a lot more often if they did this.
I hate calling and asking for the flavors. If it’s so hard to put the flavors on the website have someone take a photo of the flavors and upload it to your Facebook.
I don’t think this is a crazy request, you should have your flavors on display all of the time.

Beware of the portions they give you. I paid for a large custard and they gave me a small amount. After contacting customer service to get a coupon for replacement, they forwarded my email to the local store, which offered to give me a coupon, but then stopped replying to my emails. I gave it 3 stars because my gfs was happy with her ice.

I like this location better then others in York County because it has a much larger area for guests to enjoy their purchases. Rarely (once in two years) have I been I “forced” to eat in the car due to lack of seating.

I usually prefer to go to the E Market St location, even though this one is closer to my home. This location seems to have fewer flavors I like and the E Market St team is more capable. Still, if I’m in the area, it’s still worth a stop.

My absolute favorite choice of any cold treat place. Better than DQ, Cold Stone, Sweet Frog or any of those places. Great tasting flavors and always a wide variety to choose from. Georgia peach and watermelon misto shakes will open your taste buds up to something new and amazing. Only place I know of in York PA that even comes close in Kohr Bros. in the Galleria Mall and I’m not sure if they’re still there.
