First time I went I ordered a chocolate custard with heath bar. They put pretzels in it and some type of chocolate. It was not what I ordered, but it was still okay so I just let it slide. My second time there I ordered a chocolate custard with cookie dough and the whole thing was maybe half full. It tasted good, but I was disappointed it was barely even full for it being 8 dollars. I also ordered a pint of chocolate custard to go. It was very pricey but their custard is also really good. Once I got home and opened it I was disappointed again because even that wasn’t close to full. For 10 dollars it is NOT worth it. Will not be back.

Really nice ritas good selection service is great with nice people behind the counter they are quick to take your order and someone will fill it, this place can get pretty packed with school kids so i would avoid those hours if you can i would recommend this ritas location for good selection of flavors and good service

The staff is great here!! Provided me with the best service! I even had to wait a few minutes so they gave me a free ice feeling bad about the wait. Would highly recommend visiting this Lakewood location! The ice, the custard, the people working there…. AMAZING!

Its filthy at this location. There are horrible employees with no concern for customers. No one is trained. They dont even know what flavors they have. It smells like a bathroom extremely bad in here as if they use toilet water to mop the floor. I’ve been waiting 15 min for a large cone with sprinkles and I’m nauseous from the smell. I’m not sure how an establishment can run like this with no repercussions. It’s just not right. Especially when charging $7 for a small cone.

Made half our order wrong and then when it was corrected, there was half the amount of custard than the first time which was not at all worth $7 each.

This new location has gone downhill since it opened.

No reason I had to wait an hour to get my simple order of ice cream and then to be told that they ran out of vanilla.
In addition to that, the seating in the back would be great, if it was cleaned up. The tables and floors were sticky and the trash cans were overflowing.

If the owner would be kind enough to reach out I would be happy to explain what’s going on and turn this place around.
