Just a fantastic dominos establishment. They are efficient and kind. If you catch them on a really good day, depending on the manager, they won’t haggle u for paying for dips. They sometimes have insanely good coupons and outreach to the community. They are communicative and serve Oxford proudly. Kudos to this location.

Why does the app have a time slot for a quality check, if they don’t actually check the quality of their food before they send it out? This was supposed to be Mac and cheese for my 6 year old… but ended up being a burnt solid, hard as a rock mess. I even tried pulling the burned layer off and that whole thing was a dry, rock solid lump. I usually never complain about food related stuff because I worked for years in the food industry and I usually just let stuff go, but I would be mortified to send that home with someone. People work too hard for their money to spend it on food as bad as this dish was. Do yourself a favor, check their “Quality Check” before you pay and walk away.

Since the new stuffed crust pizza is out my fiance has turned into a Dominos fan. We’ve been ordering more from this location since it’s a little closer than our usual. I can’t do pizza a lot do to issues with my stomach and red sauce ao I typically order wings, pasta or a mushroom hoagie. The other night I really wanted pizza so I switched it up and got a pan pizza with Alfredo sauce for the win. The toppings were spot on and they did not skimp on anything. It was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a while. Absolutely delicious!

Ordered a pizza and lava cakes at 525 pm on03/05/2026. Estimated time of delivery was 80 minutes ish. I finally called 2 hrs later to find out where my food was and they said it’ll be another 30 minutes. I canceled said order and reason being, is he said there was 3 drivers there waiting for orders and not one employee decided that it wasn’t important to keep me in the loop. Crap service and crap employees as usual with every food business these days… won’t order there again. This is the OXFORD OHIO STORE.

Dont even bother using carside delivery here. They will just leave your order on the shelf to get cold until you walk in and get it yourself. Then some grumpy employee will give it to you without an apology or explanation or nothing.

The employee was trying to scam us into paying more money and kept telling us that the pizza was $4 more even though the price was clearly stated right there. When we told him the correct price he kept telling us it was a “misprint” even though we had always paid that price before here. He was incredibly rude and treated us as women as less than and acted like we were stupid for pointing out that he was scamming us, he then preceded to be completely nice to the man behind us. Stop hiring sexist workers, do better dominos.

Ordered 30 carry-out pizzas for a group event, but there were only 29. We ordered several varieties of pizza but couldn’t really tell which one was missing because they don’t label the boxes and I didn’t want to open all 29 to figure it out. So I just asked for one more of “something” and they handled it.
They were good about fixing the problem, but I had to wait for about 10 minutes for them to complete the last pizza.
The group was happy with the pizza. I’d choose Domino’s again, but just be sure to double-check your order.
