We were just at this location and the service was horrible. We were the only customers and walked up to the windows (which weere closed). No one greeted us, we knocked several then we slid a window open and yelled hello several times before the girl sitting on stool in the back finally acknowledged us. She looked miserable but took our order. We handed her a coupon, she went to a register then walked to the back came back a few minutes later saying their location doesn’t participate with that coupon. We have the book that clearly states this location. We will never go back to this location. Shame on the owner who allows this kind of customer service.

The product is fine, but the level of service is mediocre at best. I went 2 different times on separate days, and both times, I got the feeling the employees didn’t like working there based on their overall demeanor. Nobody looked happy. I would even go so far as to say depressed. There’s no place to sit and enjoy your water ice like some other places, and the counter was sticky with water ice residue from previous customer interactions, which they failed to clean.

the manager at this establishment was very rude to me on the phone , i was just simply trying to cancel my order because grubhub placed a order to the wrong location and i called and asked nicely if she could cancel it on her end and she then replied well then we loose 17$ on her end with an outrageous attitude , it genuinely wasn’t my fault . idk if she’s just having a bad day or what but i decided to call back and tell her that i’m sorry again but didn’t like her attitude towards me and she picked up the phone without saying anything she said “i already canceled your order” and now says it’s “26$ out her pocket” like i don’t understand but i really feel bad for the employees that work there that have to deal with her attitude on a daily basis . i hope she has a better night !

I pulled up at 8:40pm get out the car one of the employees turned the lights off but the open sign is still on.. Why is the custard machine shut down and I couldn’t get water ice? So do you guys close at 8:40 pm or 9 pm? I didn’t even want to stop but my kids asked for Rita’s.

This local Rita’s has good customer service and fast line pick ups. Location is great for it is close to alot of neighborhoods and places as well for everyday shopping. I enjoy my time here plus the ice creams are great alot of selections to choose from.
