We love Rita’s ice cream, I said “we” cause I can’t go there without my kids or my husband…we basically get it every time we can. This day we were closed to this location but what a disappointment. I never had a Oreo ice cream sandwich this small before! And the cookie tasted old. I won’t be back here.

I love this place! All the Italian ice flavors are so good. Mango strawberry is my fav! Custard is very creamy and love the taste. The staff is friendly. Plenty of parking space and benches to sit and chill.

We love this location! Our favorite ice blenders are always made perfectly! Friendly staff, fast service. We are always back for more! Try cotton candy, gummy bear candy, sour patch kids, creamy coconut, green apple! Those are very tasty but to be honest all flavors are pretty good! You can’t go wrong! 🙂

I went to the East Windsor location which has completely changed. Over the last 10 years that I have been going, there were always fun, outgoing, college kids, and high school kids working there during the summer. The vibe is completely different now. Aside from that though, I went and got an Italian ice and 3/4 of the way through eating it I see something white Underneath. It was a napkin mixed in with my ice. I don’t understand how this napkin wasn’t noticed considering I got a Child size. I am completely disgusted and so upset and will never go again. They offered to give me another one, but at that point I was so grossed out.

My wife and I just visited the Rita’s in East Windsor. We ordered one small custard cone w/sprinkles and a large Mango Gelati. I was stunned when the girl told me the bill was $21.63. I tried explaining the pricing on the menu was nowhere near what she was charging. She told us the menu was wrong and the total was correct. I will never go back to this place again. If I could give zero stars… I would!

Rita’s changed up a lot, services are a bit slow. New owners I know but they are not friendly at all. And also it’s disgusting sitting there now. Garbage over flowing, the weed growing all around, not feeling it there . Needs to clean up, I have been going to that location over 20 years . Thank you !

I usually love coming to this place. Since they opened for the season, I guess the owners are working there, not sure, but its not the usuals. My ice cream experience has been short of disappointing. I always get a waffle bowl. They put about a teaspoon of ice cream in that bowl, literally skimping you of the full amount of ice cream you normally get. The problem is, you nearly choke on the ice cream treat because it is such a dry experience, you don’t have enough ice cream to get the dry waffle bowl down. I won’t be back. This is the 4th ice cream I ordered where I am getting about a teaspoon of ice cream.
