I come to this Rita’s often as I live in the area. The customer service is not always this poor, however it has been lately. This time was my last straw. The young lady did not make what I requested and when I kindly told her, she offered to make me what I asked for but in a smaller size. I then asked for a refund instead and then she agreed to correct the order. Her attitude towards became hostile as if I were wrong as a customer. She slammed utensils and things as she prepared the correct order and didn’t say two words to me. I even thanked her for correcting the order and it was silence. Very unwelcoming energy. My family and I will not be back to this Rita’s ever again.

My husband and I have the best service today. The employee who help us was patient and so nice. Letting us sample different flavors, now I have a new favorite cheesecake with strawberry colada!

Associates here are kind and will always make your order the way you want it! They even ask if you want things on your treat to make sure you are okay with them. Always love to go here for a frozen treat!

The service here is always friendly, and the treats are good, but nothing to write home about . The only issue I have is the prices. They’re too expensive for the quality of product.
DQ ice cream is far better but, there’s not one in this area, so . . .

Best Rita’s around. The Manager or Team Lead Megan that works there is the best I’ve seen. Super Helpful with the customers and the staff. She makes this place way better for sure. Five Stars for Megan!!

I ordered 3 items that comes with toppings and they hardly put any toppings on them. Since I’m not a complainer I simply asked if they could put more peanut butter sauce on one because it didn’t even have any on it literally showing them and instead of giving me some on the side of .They charged me extra knowing it does not even have enough on it . .As I walked away the two girls were taking about me . I should have took pictures how 3 of my sundaes looked . But the rudeness needs to go I’m quite sure they wouldn’t want their ice cream they ordered looking like that.

Friendly staff. The Only thing I don’t like is that the flavors of water ice vary from day to day so you’re not likely to get your favorite flavor(s) daily. Otherwise, the quality of product and cleanliness of the facility were very good.
