I’ve gotten leave a fire review for Christie! She remembers my wife’s complicated sandwhich order every time, even when time has passed she doesn’t forget or make a big deal about it. The evening managers give me a hard time about it but she makes it easy and does awesome every time. Good vibes, good attitude, and good food every time. If you want good sandwhiches, come when she is here! She’s awesome! Thank you for making our food perfect and how we want it every time!

Very clean restaurant and courteous staff. I had the ham and cheese sub and the flavors were great together. The only thing I wasn’t pleased about with the sandwich was how thin the meat and cheese were cut. Too much bread for the toppings. The cheese fries looked much better on the display than on the plate and were pretty standard as far as cheese fries go. Could have gone without them.

I haven’t eaten here, but the service has been terrible. I’m a DoorDash and uber eats deliver driver and I’ve been to this location a few times. The first time I had to listen to them complain about all the orders and what they don’t like about their job. My second experience was worse. I nicely asked a worker if my order was ready and he got an attitude about all the orders he already had to do. I left and picked up another order to come back and it still wasn’t ready. I sat there waiting by the register. There’s a wall near that area and I was resting my arms on it and was rudely told to remove my arms off it. There was no reason for it at all and at that point it came off very petty and childish.

I went here a couple days ago and it was awful. I ordered pickup at 2 pm with the promise of my food being ready at 2:30. I showed up at 2:45 and they were still making my food. Didn’t get it until 2:50 and they didn’t hand me my drink then disappeared in the back for a couple minutes while I was still standing there. They didn’t come out until another person walked in, then the lady at the counter was rude and asked me what I was waiting for. I told her I needed my drink and she handed me the wrong size when I played extra for a large, but I didn’t have time to wait around for that crap so I just left. On top of that there was maybe a couple pieces of lettuce in my blt.

Literally pulled this hair from between layers of the Italian Special ordered. The individual working did not have their hair pulled back and hanging over the subs they were preparing. Reasonably requested a refund, provided contact details that the worker asked and said the owner would call/email but we were never contacted nor refunded. This was a restaurant we frequented, but after this experience, we won’t be anymore. I thought the public deserved to be notified about the level of hygiene this location used while preparing our food and customer service provided, or lack thereof. It was suggested, and I’ll repeat it here, that it would be good cleanliness practice to pull one’s hair back in a ponytail to avoid these mistakes in the future and if this does happen again, please do right by your customer(s) and refund them. Hold yourself to a respectable standard.

I love Cousin Subs! The sandwiches are always made with fresh ingredients and are packed with flavor. The bread is soft and the meats are always sliced just right. They have a great selection of sandwiches, from the classic Turkey and Swiss to the hearty Steak and Cheese. I also really like their salads, which are always crisp and fresh. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. The restaurant is always clean and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. Overall, I would definitely recommend Cousin Subs to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal.
