Great neighborhood stop atleast a few times a week. But the past 3 evenings between 9:05-9:25pm the employees are shutting down some of the custard flavors to get done early. I’ve worked and manged many food establishments. You serve till you completely close at 10pm then you shut down machines and clean. I wonder if the owners know this is going on . This is why I gave it a 1 star. 3 employees are working this small store, it’s should not take that long to clean up after service is shutdown for the day.

Literally just experienced the rudest Customer Service ever here! I never leave negative reviews, but this upset me so much. First time ever coming to this location and I was picking up an order. On the door that is unlocked, it has a sign that says “DoorDash” with an arrow underneath it. So of course I open the door because that was on the door sign and then had no idea what was going on so I close the door immediately and got into a line where I heard an employee with blonde hair talking so much smack in the back about it. It was so unnecessary, especially since I thought I was following the correct instructions. Just nasty for no reason.

Good location, great water ice! Downfall was the vanilla custard machine was broken when we went. Every time we visit this location there is always a long line. We waited in line about 10 minutes but it felt like forever. The staff were kind and quick, but there was just so many customers. Located in a shopping center with ample parking. There is good lighting at night. It’s about a 5 minutes drive from Washingron Lake Park.

This Sewell location has been great for us! My kids always love the flavors and the help is so polite. I understand that sometimes I might have to wait a few minutes but its never too long to get a great treat! The new owners are a really great family, we wish them the best and great success in this location.

This is the absolute best Rita’s in the area! The service is always friendly and efficient. The owner goes above and beyond to have good customer service, great product variety and does it all while keeping her employees and the patrons safe. I would recommend this Rita’s to everyone! This is the only Rita’s I’ll go to! 10/10!

We go to Rita’s in Sewell at least three times a week and it’s always great, tonight 9/2/23 we ordered 2 ice cream in a cup and they were so small that we’re going to switch to the Woodbury store, we work too hard for our money to be taken advantage of, we’re not happy!
