We have ordered veg thali and non veg thalis.
Excellent food. Very delicious and filling. As I don’t like pooris they offered pulkas ( they charged for them ) which are nice.
Their curries, fries, sambar, pacchi pulusu, majjiga pulusu ( butter milk rasam) are all excellent in taste and quantity. The dessert is very delicious as well.

We all felt that instead of highly priced buffets ( fusion grill, red chillez etc) where we end up eating more than we need to, thalis are better options.

There was a lot of waiting time after we ordered which we did not understand. Thali means fixed menu which should be available already.

In any case, it is value for money and all items very tasty. Recommend highly.

I recently placed a catering order for an event and regret to say that the experience fell short of expectations, particularly in terms of value for money and overall quality.

The large tray of Jackfruit Biryani was particularly disappointing. The jackfruit pieces were undercooked(extremely sour) and had an unpleasantly firm texture, rendering the dish inedible for our guests. Had to trash the entire tray of food.

Similarly, the Mutton Curry developed an unpleasant aroma within an hour of serving. Despite proper refrigeration immediately after the event, the dish had gone stale by the following morning. The meat appeared to be of subpar quality, and the curry itself lacked flavor.

Given the inconsistent food quality and taste relative to the pricing, I will not recommend this restaurant for any party or above mentioned items.

Horrible food. This is bottom tier for indian food in cumming there are so many better places. We had pani puri which was alright nothing special, but the place looked dirty. There was a cart of dirty dishes right behind us while eating. The chilly chicken is really the main reason for writing this abismal review. It was old slimy gamey chicken i took one bite and did not finish it. Overall looks like a poorly maintained establishment that uses old low quality ingredients. Nothing was fresh.

We dine in here for our brunch. The staff were friendly, polite and courteous. Our favorite was “Pongal” which was cooked to perfection. Our Kid finished “Dosa” with no complaints. Breakfast combo – Dosa, Idly and Vada was amazing. The Coconut, Onion and Peanut chutneys were delicious and fresh. We loved the spicy Sambaar as well. The “Mysore Masala Dosa” could’ve been better. It looks more of a fast pickup point rather than a full Dine-in place.

Limited seating, best suited for chaat lovers and takeout. Chaat is available from 3pm – 9pm.
Love their Pani Puri, it’s so good!
The Samosa Chaat could be spicier, and a bit of sweet chutney would’ve enhanced the flavor. Missed that. It’s flavorful but a bit bland.

Would prefer the Paneer Biryani without Aloo.

Added their QR in the photos for you to check the full menu.

I’ve visited this restaraunt several times. I recommend both the onion and potato samosas. Tandoori chicken is the most reliable entree on any Indian menu, here is not different, medium level spice and delicious. Pleas keep in mind that half or whole chicken doesnt mean by part..but by number or weight. I dont always get 1 wing, 1 leg, 1 breast and thigh in a half order but pieces and parts od pieces that might total half or whole chicken (Ex. My last order had a leg, and chop pieces of breast or maybe thigh). My Biryani on my last visit had a few too many small loose bones ,My guess is this is a result of using chopped chicken pieces in the recipe as opposed to whole. To be fair all my other visits to BirtaniPot had more consistent text in the dish.

This is a place where you can get one of the worst biryani . I have tried biryani pot biryani’s at multiple places, like Houston, New Jersey and. This Biryani pot, Cumming, GA serves absolutely taste less and stale food. I m not sure whether I ordered the wrong biryani or every biryani tastes so bad like this.

I have recently placed Gongora Goat Biryani as particularly disappointing. As soon as I opened biryani was giving unpleasant smell and meat was subpar quality.

Given the inconsistent food quality and taste relative to the pricing, I will not recommend this restaurant. This particular restaurant is absolutely spoiling Biryani Pot brand.

Went for lunch. Food was okay. Ordered couple of items.. naan, malai kofta , veg biryani. Food was okay. But have other concern like no dine in area. One bar style table with couple of tables, in case you want to it there. For plates, spoons and other things you need to ask and get it. Not available on counter.
You have to order first and then take out.

It’s okay for take out but not preferred for dine in. So plan accordingly.

Trying Chicken Mandi for the first time here , it was properly cooked, fresh and presented well. Had breakfast options couple of times and was not satisfied but this is an exception along with their masala tea!
